Update to my review. After 5 months of struggling with my butchered hair I went to a real hair salon recommended by a friend. Unfortunately they did not want to touch it. They would trim it but suggested I wait another 6 months because it was thinned so choppy the only way to get it back in shape is cut it off. I have never complained about a hair cut, after all it grows back. It is so bad I am terrified it won't grow back. It is an ok nail place-not a hair salon. They do one thing, choppy straight hair. read more

Stopped by here based on Yelp reviews and I'm so happy that I did. We moved out to Cypress a year ago and I hadn't really found a nail salon that I liked however I now have one. Brian did my nails and I'm so pleased with his work. He actually listened to what I wanted and even made some nail color recommendations based on my skin tone. I love Holly! After trying so many different hair salons in Katy, and so much disappointment I called Holly (she used to be at my former hair salon) and she replied back right away with her new location and confirmed appointment. My hair is naturally dark brown and I get platinum blonde highlights, but touch up the roots every time I see her. She does a fabulous job every time! She doesn't even put me under the dryer and leaves my hair in the foil for a bit, which helps so much because my hair is no longer damaged from the heat. It's so soft and pretty and she also recommended some great products that work awesome. She's quick, accurate, professional and super friendly. For those women who have a hard time trusting someone with your hair (most of us) please see her, you won't regret it! :-) The salon is very nice too. read more

This used to be my go to location to get my haircut. I've gone there numerous times and I have become incredibly disappointed in the work they provide now. She constantly rushes when cutting my hair, more so when a customer walks in after me. During the most recent time; she was in such a rush to finish that she neglected to edge my hair and clean up the remaining pieces she had missed. After I got home and wore it for a day I realized that she completely butchered my hair. It was all choppy, uneven, pieces left untouched and parts cut far shorter than the rest. They have become incredibly unfriendly and each time just seems to get worse and worse. It's disappointing because my family and I enjoyed their work so much we've gone various times over the year and have spent a considerable amount of money for their services, but no longer. I am saddened to say that the quality of work has taken such a nose dive that I will no longer return to this location. read more
