Some sections have a half and inch of untouched hair before the color application. I will NEVER return to this salon. All EW do have a 5 day policy that if your not fully happy with the job you can come back in within 5 days to make you happy. I have been to a ton of waxing places. I have had my fair share of good, bad, ugly I really like EW as the concept has raised the bar and has gotten people out of the back room in a hair salon. They have masted the skill because it's all they do day in day out day and night. They never "double-dip" they use a clean and new stick every time!!!!! It's a big deal for my wife she's amazed by this concept. Wax in the morning, Wax in the afternoon, Wax in the middle of the night. The price is not cheap but it's worth it for the services, it's far better them shaving or using that stuff that burns your skin to remove your hair. This location has a lot of good going for it: Staff is friendly and professional, the location is clean, had lots of parking, next to a ton of other stores for you can get stuff done before or after your waxing. All EW have a very strict 5 min late policy, more then 5 min late give the ladies a call. The package deal (wax passes) are definitely a great buy!!!! They are well worth it and you can break the payments in to what works for you. I don't have any cons.
