**AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COST** Many people preordered MTG Warhammer 40,000 Commander Deck Bundle only to be notified it was cancelled. This includes those who preordered the bundle with and without a discount code the store was promoting. Their website is down right now but when it's back up they'll most likely resell the bundle at markup, especially the Collector's Edition. The majority of those who ordered other products with the discount code had their order cancelled as well. It seems the store only honored the singles for some and not others. Don't waste your time, check Reddit, check other reviews. They like to put up big sales and then when release comes string you along as possible till you cancel. Dominaria released 3 weeks ago, they never emailed me to let me know that they were out of stock. I had to contact them, and I had to keep doing this. They repeatedly told me more shipments were coming, then the end of the week or the next Monday "oh they didn't show up, it'll be happening some time this week". I have never had a business string me along for this long or on the amount of money I spent. It sure seems like they are using sales money to float them along, then just selling the product as MSRP and waiting till people ask for refunds. I was polite this entire time and finally when I said the next WotC release is coming out I want my boxes after almost a month or cancel it. They just cancelled it right away, didn't email me or anything. I'm sure they just planned to keep me along as long as they could. Go shop at a reputable vendor, they are scam artists. They already responded to some other review with a cocky "you chose to cancel" response. Well I'm sure this is why, they can just out wait you BECAUSE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY. I have attached screenshots and labeled them in order for anyone who would like to see every single communication I have had with them. I was far beyond patient, I would imagine most others gave out before me, but I have the 40K decks coming through them too, but it's obvious they aren't ever going to ship. Pre-ordered 3 boxes of Modern Horizons 3 from them online. A very competitive price so I saw and was excited. It's now 3 weeks after release and they can't even give me an answer of when I can be receiving my boxes. Just keep getting a "well let you know." The whole point of pre orders is so that way I can guarantee my purchase and get it in time (or in a timely manner, I understand shipping times and fulfillment) but not continue to be waiting for my product. Do they not limit the amount they preorder? Or not have a steady supply? I don't understand. I have worked in retail and understand when new product comes out you may not get as much as you want but normally the next delivery you should be able to fulfill your preorders. Then when I look online I see a bunch of negative reviews about them charging "restocking fees" for cancelled orders. A lot of people say that they lower their preorder price to get funds to purchase product for the store then either cancel the orders or change a fee so they don't have to guarantee that price. I'm waiting patiently and will more than be happy to take this review down if they can figure it out. I feel bad for my friend because when I saw this "deal" they locked in some boxes as well so now I have 6 boxes for a sealed event that I wanted to do with friends in limbo and probably not going to get it. Really bummed and disappointed. I like to buy from stores and not big retailers like Amazon but experiences like this make me think otherwise. We'll probably all file for charge backs by the end of the day because I don't want to put up with what other people are dealing with. read more

If I can give zero stars I would as this place is a rundown joke that simply needs to close. The store did an overhaul of all the employees(again) and changed the system(again). I went in the store yesterday to cash out my store credit and the employee informed me that the new system doesn't have a record of my store credit. He also informed me they only have a record of me making 4 transactions at the store in the past 12 months. The next day I wrote the store manager about the situation and before I could even show I had proof the system was not correct seeing as I have more bank transactions with their store name on it in the past 12 months than their system was saying I had in the store(the bank doesn't lie), the first thing I get accused of is trying to take advantage of the staff overhaul to make up having store credit. This new manager and the store as a whole is scam central. I was a loyal customer for years and supported the store by competing in tournaments knowing the cost of the tournament outweighed the prize support i would receive for winning. This place clearly needed to scam me(and from these reviews several others) and not pay out any owed store credit so they try to keep the lights on as everyone has rightfully abandoned this store. The owner is purposefully unreachable and has put up a new guy to be the face of the store while he works behind the scenes, and I'm beyond done with this store. It's crazy when a store has a whole reddit post talking about their scams. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE as they will lie to your face and there are A LOT more REPUTABLE stores in Illinois and Missouri you can spend your money at. read more

Even when pre-Orders were done well in advance, the Pre-Orders end up being Canceled - even as a paid VIP Access Member. Ordered a Double-Master 2022 Case and then again Warhammer Collectors Edi. Ordered modern horizons 2 booster box from this company. They sold it for a low price for pre order. They never shipped out the box. After calling them they claim they will never have the product. I guarantee they'll be selling product for more money than the original orders within a week.scum bags! stay away! Do not support this trash. There is plenty supply of modern horizons 2. These guys deserve to be out of business. The owner gave this poor kid Brent some BS excuse to read to customers. Speak to me yourself or write an email. If I wanted a refund I'd ask for one.
