I love the smell cheaper than the Gucci perfume that I like (Camie) was a great help going over some of the toy selections. I was looking for something specific. I just came in to browse as I was and still Curious about what a does a huge store like this have to sell??? It was pretty late around late 8pm and we were just looking around m, the place is very clean, bright, and had a fitting room area and restrooms! I was just browsing the flavored warning gel and had to use the restroom after dinner and when I came out, the staff was helping us with what they offer and even gave us tips on what to try. Super friendly and we got to taste a few samples, which were super helpful because I can't imagine buying a whole bottle and not liking it! We ultimately decided on a specific brand, but the staff also mentioned there are smaller "sample" sizes we can buy to try before committing to a full size. The price is a big much for a full bottle so I'm glad the smaller sizes are more average priced. Overall, very great experience shopping here. We came in to just look and came out with new things to try! Haha While walking out, I noticed a lot of their clothes that were not too revealing and were very nice! Just it was getting late so we had to leave but I do want to go back to check them out! read more

I'm a regular customer here at the love store, I've come in on multiple occasions and usually the place has great energy and I love the employees. But this last time I came into the store, it doesn't feel as great now. Their newest hire is loud and obnoxious and seems to be the only one having fun there. The ladies were helpful. I love the layout of the store. It is well lit in the store. Unlike other stores where the lighting is very dingy looking and dirty. I want to say the cashier mentioned there are no men working. So women please feel free to come and buy something. The cashier also mentioned they will soon have a rewards program. Parking was packed when I went. That was due to the other places next to it. When I walked in, there was maybe four people max inside the store. I've came here once before when w my child when they where 2 months old and no problems but I come a month later with my son and I was kicked out bc I had a 3 month old w me! I've come in here since the store opened from time to time when me or the better half wanted to purchase well..... things they sell here. I've noticed since the first time I came in the staff has more and more often followed people around the store. Originally it would be a staff member swinging by to ask if you were finding everything or had questions. Now it has gotten ridiculous. When I walk in the store today there is not a soul to be seen staff or customer. I begin wandering and browsing and a girl comes up from the back. She walks over and stands on the otherwise of the same isle or display I'm looking at and continues to follow me. To add an even creepier and insulting vibe to it she doesn't talk to me, keeps watching me (and I make obvious I see your eye contact), and isn't even pretending to be doing anything except for follow and watch me. I'm sure they deal with theft but that is no excuse. At least make an effort to not be so obvious. Sorry I'm a fully grown man and some 120lb girl isn't going to stop me if I needed to steal (which I absolutely don't need to do for the record) What you have done though is manage to chase a paying customer away and straight to your competitor. I will not be back here and suggest others steer clear unless the voyeur while you shop thing is your kink. read more

Came here with my boyfriend today and we loved it! They have a large selection of pretty lingerie (and even various underwear styles - 4 for $24 I think). The stockings had plus size and regular - a wall dedicated to both. They had so many different lubes (good brands and some large sizes) and massage oils. They even had glass pieces you can buy in-store for really good prices. Big selection of toys as well. The staff was super nice and helpful - not invasive, let us shop and asked us if we needed help after we picked out some things. There are fitting rooms and bathrooms (very clean) and overall the space was large and nice/luxurious. So much better than the shops in Upland! We will keep coming back! read more

Elmer was a hit. Helpful, Fun, informative and full of energy. We came in wanting to buy some goodies and outfits but honestly the music.. THE MUSIC SUCKS. I have been to many "fun" stores and they play hits that help you enjoy the vibe but this place isn't it.
