I'm not sure where all of the negative reviews are coming from, but every single one of my experiences here have been great. Most all interactions with the staff have been, at least, smooth and cordial. The other times I felt that they went above and beyond giving very helpful and knowledgeable advice. Additionally, this place does not give off the creepy dark vibe that so many other adult stores give off. This place is well-lit and clean. Who says a sex shop has to cater strictly to creeps and weirdos? In regards to the shopping experience that The Love Store lends, the prices aren't bad at all. Just know, if you buy cheap and/or don't do your research, you can end up with merchandise that isn't going to last. read more

Before heading to the store I decided to read some reviews on others experiences. Saw a lot of unwelcoming and slight complaints within the reviews but I wanted to get my own opinion and not head there with prejudgment, unfortunately the reviews were mainly accurate, the workers were so awkward and unwelcoming. Not like anyone goes there to be acknowledged but it was genuinely strange seeing how the two girls just kept on carrying a conversation doing their best to avoid your entire existence. me and my girl didn't really mind it but the vibe was just severely off, you can tell they were just there for a paycheck and dreading the time. Store had a lot of interesting products to spice up the bed room though, good prices bought 3 items for about $30. I really suggest management revamping the staff for more engaged employees. It'll really help build retaining customers and good word of mouth around the IE. As of now I don't think I'd go back anytime soon, the employee morale and customer engagement wasn't there. read more

This is probably the BEST adult store ive been in, they just have soooo many great stuff from sexy lingere, different lubes, shoes, toys, fetish, a male section...you name it and they most likely have it! I thought i was going to be there 5min and i ended up staying like 2hrs just talking to NIKKI (awesome employee, very knowledgeable on it all, she gave me her honest opinion while also recommending things). Shed ask me questions just so she can better assist me but not once did i feel/she make me feel uncomfortable about our conversation and eventually all the intimidating items werent so scary after the fact haha I want to come back and try all the cool stuff i never knew existed until nikki educated me. Bless her kind soul! Honestly, the whole staff was informative and very friendly What i really love about this place are the samples! They let you sample everything from the flavored lubes, you can test toys, try on lingere...they even have "demo sizes" for purchase so you can try it out before investing into a full size! read more

My friend and I went in after dinner just browsing. We found the travel area to be full of fun things to try but felt like the staff were hovering as if we were going to steal. When we were checking out the sales woman didn't even look at us to ask if we were ready she just yelled it as she looked across the store(didn't even realize she was speaking to us at first) we wanted to add some items from behind the counter & the woman kept correcting herself on the price when we asked. Come to find out instead of the 1.99 she stated the item was 9.99! They really need to train their staff better. read more

This is a real departure from everything that goes through your head regarding an "adult" store.... it's a comfortable experience The moment that you walk through the door. We waited for parking for 15 min. We finally got parking and me and my partner walk in with our 3 month old sleeping on her stroller. And a heavy set African American girl at the register yells out the kid can't be in here. My child is 3 months she can't even see properly yet. Came here looking for an outfit tonight. Employee was on her phone the whole time on speaker talking about some party and what outfit she will wear. Tried to try on a few outfits to see if they fit. Was told I can not try them on and that they are final sale so if I bought it and it didn't fit I'm out of luck ‍. The staff was friendly and helpful. The items that were bought didn't last at all, so the quality was a bit iffy. The vibrator that was bought, died fully after a month. Only used 3 times.. The lubes bought leaked in the bag originally used and anytime they weren't standing. Male sleeve is just a pain to clean, but that might be normal. Went in and was helped by a younger blonde girl who was super sweet and helpful! But I guess I came at a shift change, so the same girls that were there when I left my last review were there. Literally asked the girl with green plugs if I could try an outfit on that was on a mannequin. I instantly felt like I inconvenienced her and was told "well we just put that on " she goes to show me where they were and tumbled through and tells me "we must have sold the last medium because the one on the mannequin is a small". The one on the mannequin was a medium and I know because I saw it. When I told her that she obviously was bothered. While bringing the outfit to the dressing room she aggressively hung up the bra and slammed the panties. Like girl it's not that serious. 1.) you just started your shift 2.) you were just standing in the cash wrap looking at papers 3.) you sell adult toys! They saw me waiting to buy but didn't bother saying anything until 10 mins I get a person coming to the cashier saying I'll be right with you. Even called out to ask for help no response. Went to this store with my fiancé this afternoon and if I can describe the experience in one word, it'll be uncomfortable. The service was very unwelcoming. One thing about sex stores is that the workers are supposed to make their customers feel comfortable and that did NOT happen whatsoever. Didn't greet us (instead both the female workers stayed at front register socializing), or asked us if we had any questions about anything. I just had the best shopping experience in The Love Store. I was warmly greeted by both Stephen and Nick who offered to help and answer any questions I may have, but then gave me my space because I wanted to look around first. It has been a long time since I have treated myself to a good toy. It was a little overwhelming just how many options there are out there now!! Nick checked in on me after I had looked around a bit and offered to show me some of the differences in features, options and the ones that he would recommend (from popular choices to reviews given by friends and family and coworkers). Nick never made me feel uncomfortable or weird and was so very helpful in pointing out the differences as well as giving me some time to absorb all of the info and look around some more. He answered all of my questions (and I had many) and took his time with me, while he still made sure that other customers weren't neglected in the store. That makes him an awesome employee in my book!! I finally decided and made my purchase, but it's important to note that there were many other items to buy, such as lingerie, lotions, lubes and more, all tastefully displayed. Went in for the first time today, right in time for Valentines Day. Sick of the same old Victoria Secret nonsense? Then you should check this place out. Fantastic and friendly customer service. Extremely clean, and they have fitting rooms and bathrooms. It's located right outside the mall so the crowd is minimal. Prices are great and there's so much to choose from. I'll definitely be back.
