Employees here have bad customer service and should redo their training! I walked in, there were about 3 workers folding underwear on one table in the entrance, they all looked at me but not one of them greeted me nor asked if I needed help with anything.. Can use an improvement on your staff. Went in today around 6pm to try on some bras as a masculine presenting female and I rung the light button ONCE. There was no one in the fitting room area to help. Then comes an Asian woman with nasty attitude " do you need a fitting room?!" rolled her eyes and proceeds to grab what seems to be all the bras the people from previously before tried on, aggressively. Very messy fitting room area. I'm still a woman at the end of the day and should not be treated any different. Just needed help. Whether you're having a rough shift or not, women come in to shop for necessary pieces of clothing. My partner was going to go in the fitting room to help me adjust the bras I chose out because I don't normally shop at the mall for mine. Gave today a try for something new. Was told "only one person per fitting room" meanwhile a pair of two feminine presenting females walk into a room together. Crazy how I have to face such disrespect and oppression due to my identity. When I just needed my partners help. PINK this employee represents your company do better. A company for woman should be supportive and respectful of all woman. Do better. And I do hope this gets handled because no type of woman should have to experience this. Period. Hire better staff. Or speak with your staff regarding mannerism, equality, and respectfulness. The same rules of one person per room should apply to all woman not just masculine lesbian females(I).Definitely was targeted. On the other hand the cashier with a flower tattoo did her job measured me and helped me with sizing, thank you. Came in with my mother in law as it was my first time at this location. The store was very busy but the employees were really nice. You could tell that they were running around helping customers. They had a lot of variety at this location and it was a huge location. Every employee that helped me was so nice and friendly. I was able to find the shirt I wanted in the size I wanted. They happily checked the back for me! When checking out we worked with a girl who was new. She was being trained. She did amazing with us and was very sweet! We got to use all our codes! Everyone was very patient while we used our coupon codes and grabbed items to make our pay list. The store was clean and everyone was in masks. Not too long of a wait either! This is a great location to check out! Gave us as many bag as we wanted which was appreciated as some items were gifts. read more

Worst customer service to expect coming here. The girls at the cashier don't have any taste or manners how to treat a human. Totally irritated me. I headed to the cashier and waited and the cashier girl closed without even saying anything. The other girl on the other cashier took another customer and left me waiting. SO DISRESPECTFUL! Then when I handed her an item to return it had some water from my bottle and she gives me with this rude look like it has some shit on it and tells me it has water. Pink is the sister store of Victoria secrets. In my opinion , they market their products to about age 35 and younger. They have very playful youthful styles that may not be comfortable or quite frankly appropriate for "older" clientele. No judgement here, I say rock whatever you like at whatever age, shape , or size. I'm just saying their styles are marketed for a younger crowd. They have super cute workout wear, swim wear , pajamas, casual lounging clothing, underwear , bras, lotion and body spray collection, and cute tote bags. I like pretty much everything in the store. But somehow I cannot see my 37 year old self rocking a pair of workout pants in public with the word PINK on my rear end! I think I'll stick to Victoria secrets. read more

Unfortunately, it only takes one rude employee to ruin your shopping day. And this woman in the picture was it for me. This employee flat out told me I cannot go look at the 'go backs' which were by the way, already on the floor, ready to be put back on the rack. It was the 3rd rack I've actually looked at and the other girls were perfectly fine with me looking at them. In fact they were nice about it and even told me what size they were. I used to work at a similar place and I know that what she did was a no-no. When I asked for her name, she says they don't give their names out. Of course, because she knows she messed up. If I was complimenting her work, I'm pretty sure she would have given me her name in a split second. But I gotta give to this rude girl because she did however give me her associate number. So here it is . 730699. People like her should not work in customer service. She needs to get fired. She will ruin your company with her bad customer service skills (or lack thereof). These employees forget that there's yelp. Customers should not tolerate that treatment. We give them business, we deserve respect. But I also would like to compliment the manager, I think her name is Amber. She handled the situation pretty well. She was nice and knows exactly where I am coming from. I have been to different VS stores and this one is definitely above the rest! Everything is neat and organized while some of the other stores are a complete mess. I have to hand it to the girls too because that is certainly a ton of small items to fold over and over again! I want to highlight the main reason of my 5 star review and that is CASSIE. This girl is my hero. Super attentive, super fun, and all around the best sales person in the place. She explained the sales and helped me look for anything that caught my eye. I only come here for the Pink items not for the shopping experience as it's like going to Walmart. There is always a long line. This time when I came in for the semi annual sale, nothing was in the right bin it was like looking thru thrift store to find your size. Then I grabbed panties in the sale bin and majority of the ones I grabbed were regular priced. They had two lines and two registers open and there was no system to the lines or registers as they were both going out of order very annoying. read more

My sister and I had so much fun shopping at this Pink store. We returned twice while recently on our trip to California. The employees we interacted with were helpful and friendly. I only wish they had more employees to assist us and a bit more sizes in the back inventory. One thing that stuck out, seemed kinda crazy that they would give an employee a break 30 minutes before the store closed. I returned to this store hoping to purchase the 7 for 28 panties. Unfortunately the sale was over a day short, I was unaware of this sale ending. I did ask if they would honor the fee I was told "NO" , when I asked why I did not receive a notification about the sale she told me " I have no idea". Every time I go to Ontario, I always stop here. I went here last night and there was at LEAST ten workers. Only a couple were doing their job. Some were playing hide and seek and jumping out at each other while getting in the way of customers, so unprofessional. I went to checkout and no one was at the front. All the workers were standing around talking to each other, I waited in line for at least five minutes until I had to go get a worker who was literally just standing around doing nothing talking to her co-worker. I'm not used to a small Pink store. I'm usually used to the one that are conjoined with the main Victoria secret. For the size of the store, it's pretty messy. You have plenty of associates to help you...but unfortunately no one came around asking if I needed help (not that I needed any). It's just sad to see a store so small so messy. I wish the associates AND managers would lighten up. No one who was working seemed to be having a good day so I ended up rushing through the store getting what I wanted in a short amount of time. First time coming into Pink. I was told before they wouldn't have my size. Thank you Cassie (she's so polite and kind greeted every customer) for referring me to the fitting room were I got fitted by Asia and Karer. Letme tell you!! Karen is amazing! I told her my size (thinking I knew my size, wrong!) She knew exactly what I needed. She also showed me why I needed to go with the size she recommended. She showed me 3 different types and sizes. Of course she proved she was right about knowing her stuff. I left the store pleased and well educated. Thank you Karen. Asia was getting certified by Karen and I'm sure she is going to be knowledgeable in Karen hands. These ladies are amazing and helped kept my girls entertained as Asia assisted on the fitting room.
