Was excited to go to this store, but once I told them I'm not a member anymore but I still have 1 credit, they all pretty rude, and did not ask I want to use my credit or not, they just use it, like they're paying my credit card bills. Very unprofessional & such a disappointment ... they decide what they want, NOT customers' decision to use credit or not! I canceled bcz they would do whatever it takes to charge the membership despite of opting no. But these women here weren't happy with customer cancelling membership LOL Membership $55-$65, while the store always on sale for about 49 bucks, being a member is pretty stupid and these employees' attitudes like everyone is as stupid as them!! read more

My experience today far exceeds any I have had in other establishments. I'm a frequent customer of fabletics, but I was having difficulties using a gift card I had purchased. After speaking with card services and having quite the run around they were unwilling to help me with the issue. I called into the store and spoke with Stevie. Stevie is a representative at the storefront at my local mall and from the moment I explained my issue she was thorough and attentive. Right when I walked in manager Melissa made me feel very uncomfortable. I had asked her about a promotion the store had and she agreed and said yes I can choose any items I liked and she would apply the promotion to my purchase. During my shopping she just kept staring at me very uncomfortably and would look at me and start giggling with the co workers . Once I finished my shopping and was time to ring me up , she told me she could not apply the promotion to my items , because it was limited which is the reason why I had asked since the beginning and all she said was "oh my mistake". I went into Fabletics, at Victoria Gardens, and Rancho Cucamonga, tonight. It was honestly the worst customer service experience I've ever had in a retail store. They were for females huddled behind the register, and none of them acknowledge myself or my wife shopping today. One of them had the audacity to say thank you as we were leaving and we are headed to Lululemon to make our purchase. Obviously, I walked out of the store with nothing and this is a poor testament of quality customer service. I will never come back to the store. read more

I received the best customer service from the store manager. I believe her name is Mercari. It was my first time there and she made my experience there great! I got so excited lol over how helpful she was without getting me confused with all the different styles the store sales. I really appreciated how friendly, patience and how prompt she was. Unfortunately the store was out of stock in my size. But she managed to find two pairs of pants I absolutely love! and She also help me find two super cute matching hats. So far I've used both my pants one for the gym, the other on a hike and both times my pants did exactly what I was sold on. I have five C-section so the compression material is excellent!!! I'll definitely be an on going custom. I'm happy with both the customer service and the quality of the product.
