This location is in Victoria Gardens. It is very clean & organized. I don't shop here as much anymore because I think it's pretty overpriced for the quality. However, I saw that they were having their semi annual sale so I decided to stop by. All of the employees were friendly and notified me of the deals that were going on. Pretty solid Bath and Body Works as far as stock goes and the workers here are super friendly as well. When my friend was getting ready to check out, she was interested in getting a massive candle holder and they made sure to check if there was an unopened one, radioed to the front, and had it brought back to the cashier super quickly. From start to end, they made sure that they were answering our questions and at no point did we feel pressured to make a purchase. Add some of the Aromatherapy products, especially body washes (buy 3, get 3 free), a free gift coupon, and that hand basket was REALLY heavy. Don't walk in here because you're bored because you will walk out with a whole bunch of hand soaps, candles, lotions etc. you really didn't need but were either on sale or looked cute or smelled nice or all of the above. This store is built different and feels more spacious. I've been to other locations inside malls and it feels more cramped in there and it's always a mess. This location always looks top tier. Things are pretty organized at all times and the displays are well lit and I start to think my bathroom or house will look this organized if I just buy 3 soaps for $25. The employees are ALWAYS very friendly and busy restocking or answering questions. I can't recall if I've ever been to this store before. It's located on Main St in Victoria Gardens. There's limited parking in front. Your best bet is to park in the larger parking lots behind the shops. This store was clean as to be expected. You're immediately greeted by a friendly employee. You have an employee, I didn't catch their name, but tall with wavy hair, 1970s style clothing and fabulous style, who helped the moms and made them feel fabulous by the time we left. But This time I walked in only 2 employees are in the store there, Tony asked if I was looking for something specific, and I said no as I'm walking through to see what's on sale , then I went up to the counter , I waited and waited and waited. Finally, I walked back up front by the entrance and I said I'm here to pick up my order , so Tony walks back to the registers as I'm behind him. Located at Victoria Gardens, this store is surprisingly dog friendly. I came by this location with my husband this past Sunday because I wanted to redeem my free travel size antibacterial bottle coupon that I received in the mail a month ago. I am a fan of Bath & Body Works because of their wall flower scents and new car air fresheners. Unfortunately my skin is too sensitive to use their lotions though, as it makes it irritated. But I do purchase their gift sets for others though (as it does not cause problems for their skin). On this particular visit, there was rather a long line to pay. There were 3 registers opened, but eventually it went down to 2. While my husband was waiting in line for, I was browsing the tables (it's always nice to go shopping in twos). I saw this one lady with her cute little white small fluffy dog come in. An employee smiled at her and did not say anything to her about her dog. So I suppose this store is fine with allowing you to bring in your dog. I am not sure if all Bath & Body Works location stores (that are stand alone stores) are like this or not. But I do no the location in Long Beach at the Long Beach Town Center is dog friendly. Anyways, eventually when it was my turn to redeem my freebie coupon and pay for some of my items, the employee at the register apologized for the wait and cheerfully proceeded with my transaction. Although this location is rather on the smaller side, I thought the customer service was friendly. for the most part. One of my favorite stores! They're having clearance sales right now where everything is 50%.. So I picked up several wallflower fragrances for the house ... The staff is always friendly and super helpful. Due to the major sale, there was a long line but our cashier made the wait very much worth it. There were 1-2 items that she rang up that I thought were on clearance but turned out to be full price ... She noticed by disappointed face and ended up giving me the discount anyway. I love this B&BW! Its a fairly large store, well stocked, and pretty darn clean in here. The staff is friendly, and quite helpful. Not all locations have a sink where you can try their products, but this place does. To top it off, its in one of my favorite shopping malls. I can never walk in and buy just the items on my list, example is tonight.....I walked away with so much stuff. Can't wait to use them! I like the products and layout of the store. My issue is with how they handle their customer service. I brought in a offer I received in the mail from their loyalty rewards program and also picked up other items as well during this visit. Upon checkout, the offer I had received in the mail was not scanning in the system saying it had already been used. I can tell you it was not used because BABW always takes the mail in offers upon redemption. The employee calls the manager over who's name is Irvinwe, who just tells us " yeah I don't why it's saying that and I believe you didn't use it. But I don't know what to tell you".
