The mashed potato is just what they say, it is a baked potato that has been placed on its side and smashed onto the grill to get crispy skin on both sides. What a great idea and use of leftover baked potato, I'm gonna have to steal it. The portions were large enough that I ate both of my eggs about a third of the sausage and a couple bites of potato, and the rest came home with me and was enough to add eggs to for two more breakfasts. If you're looking for bread, I believe they said they had biscuits or croissants, but they do not have any bread for toast or English muffins or anything like that.
