Customers rely on these services for convenience, but instead, it's become an inconvenience and a frustration. Management needs to address this. Whether that means retraining current staff or hiring employees who can follow basic order details, something has to change. He had a nic on his ear that had been treated but I wasn't told about. The lions groom was not good. Forget the lion part, the groom was uneven and not pretty in general. I hate having to review a local business poorly but I would not take my cats here for a groom again. My understanding is that they do dogs very well!
