Whoever the grey, faded, bearded old guy is in the right corner by the customer bathroom with the raunchiest, foul-smelling breath I've ever encountered--completely messed up my arm. Since being assigned to him (we were walk-ins), he dragged out assisting me or even acknowledging me, for that matter. I stated multiple times at the beginning of transferring my vision onto my arm that I wanted the size and width of the words to be exactly like the ones on my wrist. Everything started smoothly, but once we got to the wrap-around section, things went downhill. I've gotten wrapped vines before, as seen in my pictures and I know there are ways to accommodate a client's comfort. At one point, he had my arm twisted and stuck so badly that I had to verbally tell him to pause because I was catching a cramp. When he finished without properly cleaning me down , he just told me I could sit on the other side where my girlfriend was getting her tattoo. Meanwhile, he continued watching some lame YouTube video with an action figure on display that had been steaming the entire time. To make the situation ever more foul like that breath, he charged me 300 for this tattoo of morphed and uneven words, which ended up being more of a charge than the other artist there that had WAY more detail. I'm not expecting much from this review, but he ruined my whole arm and vision. Please save your time and book with anyone else at this shop. If you come across this tattoo shop, BOOK WITH WILL!! From the moment we arrived, my girlfriend and I were treated with gratitude and given the best customer service possible. We both figured we'd book with Will, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case for me. He was very vocal about ensuring my girlfriend's comfort and patiently brought her vision to life. He's a solid artist and a good dude overall! For a better look at his work, his Instagram is @woetatto, and my girlfriend's tattoo is the biblical angel on her hand.

Place was awesome! Went in this past Sunday with my younger sister and we weren't disappointed. Got work done by Trevor and the dude was pretty rad and played some sick jams while he worked. I was very excited to get my first tattoo at a shop with such great reviews. I figured it'd be an easier tattoo since it was a more simplistic look. The tattoo photo on the left was my inspiration and the one on the right was what they gave me. The lines were too thick, crooked, and the halo looks like a football. I didn't notice until i got home and compared the tattoo to my inspiration. I am now looking into getting it removed. read more

Mike is the best!!!! I came to him with an unusual idea, and he knocked it out of the park. He is a true artist, and a genuinely nice guy as well. I am in love with my tattoo, and recommend him to everyone who asks about it. I can't speak to any of the other artists, but the work I've seen (in pics) are very impressive. Went in today to take my boys for their first tattoos. Martin was really nice, welcoming. I have 8 tattoos from this shop (Joel did them). I've brought several friends here to get work down. I was excited to be with my boys for their first. But I wasn't feelin it. WTH? The guys were busy, I get it. But they looked at us like we were some boujee folks trying to be "cool." I don't like being judged. Just because you think I don't look like you, doesn't mean you know anything about me. I gave 3 stars ONLY because Martin was nice and I've had good work done here in the past. Otherwise I would have given one star. read more

Get ready for an awesome experience! You walk in and hear the sweet buzzing of tattoo guns and music playing. People are laughing and smiling and you instantly feel at ease. You are greeted, sign a form, and get down to the fun part! I got my first tattoo with Chan and it was a great! Chan made sure I was comfortable and got what I wanted. He had a chill vibe and a friendly personality. The atmosphere was aesthetically pleasing: open and spacious, "green" painted walls, beautiful art pieces on the those walls, and a killer sink and chandelier. You are offered something to drink and people come around to make sure you are comfortable and happy. I went in not knowing anything and came out with a beautiful experience. Wow I can't say enough good things about about this shop and especially Joel. My fiancé and I came in last week to get a consultation on a coverup on his arm that he's been wanting to get done for 6 years. He helped us right away and gave my fiancé an appointment for the next week. Everyone in the shop to the owner, the artists and apprentices were super friendly. Being in the service industry ourselves we always appreciate good customer service. And the shop itself is a very cool environment and is very very clean. Joel worked on my fiancé for 8 hours and man did he do work! From the coverup to the shading, it was all amazing! The thing that stood out to us is how much he paid attention to my fiancés sensitive skin and did things to make sure he was comfortable with the least irritation possible. Thank you Joel! History

Established in 2013.

Owner Alfred Zaragoza had been tattooing for many years and always wanted to open his own shop. The time was right in March 2013, and Madd Tatter'z opened it's doors. Zaragoza wanted to create an environment in his tattoo shop that welcomed people. A place that was unique in its own way and would bring people back to admire the art, and the creativity even if they weren't getting tattooed. He knew once someone had gotten the chance to know his shop and the artist it housed there is no way they wouldn't want to get tattooed there. Alfred, along with fellow artists, Cat Castro, Mike Johnson, Trevor Riley, and Edgar Balonos provide the Inland Empire with award winning designs. Follow @maddtatterz for more info. Even since I was a child I remember being in complete awe with art. Coloring books was just the start. I then began drawing on plywood and anything I could get my little hands on. As I grew up I could remember looking at the tattoos on my dad and even watching him give tattoos to other people. I guess his trade and his skills were instilled in me as well. Although I wasn't confident in myself in the beginning- I began to realize that this was my calling. I remember watching Don from Inkaholics tattoo my cousin when I was 15, and noticing how different these machines were from what people in the barrio were using. One thing I did know, tattooing would be my passion, but who's gonna hire some kid from the streets? I got my first tattoo at 13 from my dad- an hour later I went back for my second. UPDATE: The manager Alfred said that Aya deleted the drawing and HE refunded the money. BUT when my husband went to pick up the money Alfred was VERY rude and pointed to the "No refund" sign. BUT he knows dam well this would have ended up in court poorly affecting his shop for Theft, Infringement, and Fraud. BUT he refunded the money after I informed him of the copy right laws and tattooing. Even he said that the drawing was not originally Ayas! These people will treat you well if your ignorant and gullible, UNLESS you know your legal rights. If I didnt know my legal rights, these people would have GLADLY stole our money and illegally copy righted a drawing to just get more money. As you can see in my photos, the original and Aya illegally copy righting, along with the law! ORIGINAL: They steal designs that you pay them to custom make and claim as their own. Aya is very shady.. we came into the shop with a koi fish design that my husband wanted for his first tattoo. Aya, myself, and my husband all sat down to collaborate how to fit it to be appealing on his arm. I myself sat down and drew and shaded what he wanted, which aya applied to the image. This was NOT her original design, ideas were NOT all hers, and she slapped her Instagram logo across the image when sent to us through email. when asked why, she said to prevent theft.... THEFT for something that was not hers to begin with... we asked for a refund after she refuses to remove the logo. she said in text no because "the deposit is non refundable no matter what. I did spend my time to draw your design.." fine, keep the money I paid you to do and give me MY design that I paid you to draw. IF you want to keep the design as yours then refund the money! its COMMON SENSE. If she's representing this place, then this place is Shady. dont do customs unless you want it stolen and have it reversed unto you. See you in court for theft Aya! read more

Visited on a recommendation from a family member and so very ecstatic that I did! Met Trevor when I arrived and we discussed the artwork that my daughter and I were looking for. He shared his previous work with me and we talked through all of the details and set an appointment for two weeks out. Trevor texted drafts of the artwork and asked for input or changes. It was amazingly detailed and exactly what I'd asked for. On appointment day, he was ready and the final tattoo is beyond all of my expectations! He answered any and all of my most outlandish questions I had about the process. Put my mind at ease with his professionalism and genuine care for his clients. He's a real cool guy, gave me ideas from the get go on how he could better my tattoo I didn't think twice I left my deposit. I got work done on my inner forearm there just recently by Trevor, The Ram Girl. The way the artists interact with each other and the customers is in a very laid back manner that helps relax everyone there and give it a welcoming vibe. Anyone that doesn't also get this vibe from the shop must be very fun. Trevor's personal style and work ethic is very methodically and thorough but it's by far some of the best work I've ever seen. The entire shop greets people at the door immediately and in a friendly way and give genuine suggestions as to the design or to the best artist there to do it for you. I got my first tattoo today, it was pretty big for my first tattoo. Joel did it for me and he made my experience perfect. I couldn't have asked for a better day. I was comfortable with everything and everyone was extremely nice. The shop was clean and I was happy with the set up. Being a nurse cleanliness and sanitary practices are important. But most importantly i felt that Joel was very caring and made sure throughout the whole day that i was comfortable and doing ok, which i was. I think I want more! I got my third tattoo today from Vaughn, and it's AMAZING. I wanted a photo of my grandparents in silhouette form, and it look exactly how I wanted it to.
