One thing I especially appreciated was that all work was done in private stalls. I much prefer that level of privacy rather than having an audience. I came in with concerns about a piercing that was not healing properly after being done at another establishment. The staff took the time to listen carefully, answer my questions, and address my concerns without making me feel rushed. They also have a large selection of quality jewelry to choose from, and their prices were very reasonable. Once I selected my earring, the staff carefully sanitized everything and properly prepared the jewelry before insertion. The entire process was clean, professional, and efficient. I got my septum pierced here, and the piercer completely botched the alignment, forcing the needle through the "sweet spot" at a slanted angle. Immediately after, it looked sideways and had a major bump. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I questioned him, he lied to my face and claimed it was "just swelling" and it'll go away in a week.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I went back 2 months later, and he lied again, claiming it was just an "irritation bump."[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Because of his uneven placement and repeated lies, the jewelry put constant physical tension on the wound. I suffered through 6 months of constant pain and tissue damage. I had to remove the jewelry completely, lose the piercing entirely, and now face months of healing time to recover from wound. Went here to get my forward double helix pierced and the lady was so nice and explained that particular piercing is extremely hard to heal, gets caught in everything, etc. so I decided to go with my daith since I was considering the daith for easier healing and not getting caught in everything. I came in a got pierced by the tatted bald guy (Mike?) about a week ago and it was quick, perfectly placed, and awesome overall. Our girls have been begging to get their ears pierced and I have been searching for someone experienced with kids. We called the shop and they do walk ins only.
