Our house was in desperate need of a power wash. Mia, the owner of Magic Broom came to our house within a day and was very professional, courteous and informed. She really knew her stuff and explained how they would clean the house with bio-degradable chemicals (which was very important to me), and suggested a rust cleaning for a location near our chimney. She and her husband Ruben, the co-owner came to do the job on the day promised, were efficient, quick and the job was done to our complete satisfaction and for the agreed price. They worked very hard on some troublesome spots and weren't satisfied until everything was completely clean and shining. I commented on her professional manner and terrific communication skills (she called in advance when she was coming over, explained everything thoroughly) and told her that it was a very welcome bonus. I had booked a cleaning of my summer house- the owner, Lindsay, said that a cleaner would be sent, it would take about 5 hours- well, the cleaning lady showed up, left after about 3 hours and my house was definitely not cleaned! when my daughter called her, Lindsay said that she was sorry, she would send another cleaner for 3 hours to complete the job. The cleaner was to arrive at 9:30am, at 9:10 my daughter got a call from Lindsay who said that the cleaner called out, that her company was no longer going to service the area and that she would issue a $75 credit- she had been paid in full $280!! I went on their website and filled out a brief survey that estimated the price to power wash my house to be $300. I left a message through the website that I would like to set up an appointment and never heard back from them . No big deal I figured , just leave a voicemail . I left two detailed voicemail messages a few days later (each voicemail separated by 2-3 days)and still haven't heard anything from the company . I don't know what else to do except move on to a different company . read more

I've had my house power washed several times over the years but no one comes close to the superior job done by The Magic Broom. They cleaned the entire house as well as removed the lichen from the roof and cleaned the gutters. The house looks like new. I am delighted beyond words. They went the extra distance even cleaning the window channels when they power washed the house. My shutters were once bright white but over the years they looked old and grey. I tried to scrub them myself but they still looked grey. The Magic Broom returned them to a like new look. I couldn't believe that was even possible. They were reasonably priced. Unfortunately my well is shallow and after doing two sides we ran out of water. He was forced to leave and return another day. It's a long ride for him and I'm sure it was way more than he bargained for but he handled it professionally and cheerfully returned two days later to complete the job. Others have run into the same problem with my shallow well and left the job half done. This guy is amazing and I highly recommend The Magic Broom. I've got some back issues due to an accident several years ago so when it comes to doing the window cleaning, the siding and the gutter I have to pay to have someone to come out and do the work. That's why I'm glad that I hired these guys. They are really excellent people to work with. They did an amazing job on my windows and the siding looks like brand new. We needed to have our skylights cleaned and found The Magic Broom on the Internet. I sent an email inquiring about skylights and Mia from The Magic Broom responded immediately that they do wash skylights. Within 3 days they were here for an estimate and came the next week to do the job. While here for the estimate Mia said they also could power wash our house and deck. We were thinking about trying to do those things ourselves but decided to have The Magic Broom do it instead, their prices were very reasonable. They showed up when they said they would and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend this company. We will be using them again. read more
