They provide professional cleaning at reasonable price. Two cleaning ladies (the boss also joined slightly later) works almost 4 hours to do a thorough move-out cleaning for 4-bedroom SFH. The windows are so clean that look like new. Kitchen, bathrooms, all the rooms spotless. The current tenants are very surprised about the level of cleaning, and asked for their business card. Got all the appliances and the apartment cleaned in an hour for a reasonable rate. My apartment was very dirty and they didn't overcharge. Would 100% book again. Booked an appointment for 8am and no show, no call. I actually messaged them at 7:30am to confirm and someone confirmed with me 8am. I tried to call several times and always goes to voicemail. I have been messaging with someone on Yelp and they keep telling me "15 mins away" "2 mins away". It's 1 hour 15 mins later and no one has shown up or called me back. Please don't rely on these people - absolutely terrible communication and completely unreliable Edit - this owner doesn't take responsibility for their actions.
