How does one even begin? I started by googling food trucks and catering and blasting everyone near me with emails. Mary was the first to respond, and she was faaaast. I told her our needs and budget and she was well within my parameters. I had a couple of other truck operators call while I was speaking with her, but between her friendliness and responsiveness - the fact that they had a vegetarian sandwich they could offer (beyond lettuce on a bun like most food trucks), and the reviews, I quickly decided to book them. My expectations weren't super high because I have been disappointed in the past, but they showed up on time, prepped, and were ready to rock at "go time." Their setup was fantastic. Service was organized and they were popping out meals left and right. Most importantly, though - the food was freaking fantastic! So good, in fact, that I want to find them in the wild so I can try their other menu items. ( our company footed the bill so we had limited options.).
