I have taken one class and will never return. Students and instructors have come forward with detailed accounts of harassment, grooming, and financial exploitation. Instead of addressing these concerns publicly, apologizing, or taking accountability, Josh and Amber have chosen silence. How are people supposed to feel safe in this space when the owners can't even acknowledge the harm that's been done under their leadership? Josh's predatory behavior and Amber's enabling of it have created a toxic environment where trust has been shattered. The lack of transparency or responsibility makes it impossible to believe that this is a safe or supportive place to dance or learn.

Cashed in a gift certificate for a bunch of lessons. The gift certificate was old so we appreciate…read morethat they still honored it. We were getting ready for our wedding so instead of teaching us various dances, they pushed us to learn one song and a few dance moves. We kept coming in asking to see different dances, but we were told that's too much to learn for one song. Forget the song, we came to learn more dancing, get practice and confidence. Some lessons were shorter than others and the instructor repeated the same lesson as before - he kept saying he forgot if he taught us this already, but they have a folder with our name on it so I didn't buy the act. A few lessons in they give you a "half" lesson which is really just a warm up, someone reviewing what you learned and then a massive sales pitch. It was a waste of our night when we thought we were getting a lesson. Then, after we didn't buy the lessons, the remaining classes continued to just be practice with maybe one tip. I wish we had learned more dances for the amount of time we spent at this studio. The first night they gave us a folder with the stuff we would learn... well, we learned a few steps and we have a folder we can try playing with. All in all, I don't really recommend Fred Astaire unless you are using up a gift certificate.

Learning ballroom dance from Neil has been a great experience. We started at basically zero…read more(long-forgotten middle school gym class dance lessons), and took 6 lessons with Neil ahead of our wedding. By the week before our wedding we had a lovely 4-minute routine and felt significantly more confident on the dance floor. Neil is a consummate professional, very knowledgeable, and obviously able to work with students of all ability levels. He is also very kind, and we had a lot of fun. I expect that we will continue with dance lessons in the future! I'd highly recommend dance lessons at Milwaukee Ballroom Dance for anyone who wants to learn how to dance for an event, or for life in general. Thank you, Neil!

From multiple levels of pole dance, strength building classes, to lap dance classes, and burlesque classes. The classes are fun, confidence boosting, strength building! I can be stressed or having a bad day and coming to class instantly makes me feel better! DJ and Maureen take their time with every student and work with you to reach your goals no matter what. Everyone makes you feel so welcome and encouraged to keep going no matter what you level is. I have so many good things to say about this place!
