The best cleaning service I have ever had! This is a family based business, they are very nice and have extensive experience when comes to apartment and home cleaning. They showed up on time and cleaned my messy apartment within an hour. The results are very good and the price is very reasonable compared with other major companies around bay areas. They removed all the trashes, cleaned the dishes and kitchen and vacuumed my carpet. All detailed corners have been cleaned thoughtfully. I would use this service again for sure! Found this company through Yelp project quotes (never again, this did not go well). I needed to schedule a deep cleaning 1.5wks out for an upcoming move, and this company had a competitive bid + good reviews. The team was super responsive for scheduling - even following up a few days later to reschedule when there was a conflict on their end. But the day of... no one arrived and unable to reach anyone at Magic Touch (mobile or via Yelp). Hoping all is OK and that the company is still in business. November I'm sure is a very busy time as folks clean up for the holidays - but if if a cleaning team is unable to show up, proactive notice would be very helpful. Right from the start when I requested a quote, Sandra replied almost right away and was very helpful all throughout, so I ended up booking them quick! They were very accommodating despite me requesting a last minute cleaning. I booked a cleaning for a move out and wow, my apartment looked spotless by the time they were done, as if no one ever lived there!! I am very sorry to update my review, but their service wasn't as good as it seemed in the first place. Initially I gave 5 stars because Sandra was very nice and at a first glance the house seemed really clean, but I have finally moved-in and the more I look around, and the more I note how things haven't been properly cleaned. I have found stains and crumbles in the kitchen cabinets, for example. Sandra and her coworker stayed about 2 hours in a totally empty house of 800 sqft. They must have wiped here and there, but that's far from the deep cleaning listed in their website. Again, I am really sorry to say this but next time I'll spend my money elsewhere. read more

Cleaning was pretty good. And good response time for messages. Couple things were upsetting. 1) I was quoted $120-160 price range which is why I choose them over others with higher ratings. Then they arrive and tell me it's $200 for first cleaning. Which I understand is standard but should have been communicated to start with in which case I may have picked another cleaner. 2) after they left I saw that they did not scoop the cat litter and to make matters much worse they put the cat litter mats and both scoopers into the little box touching the poop. Obviously I had to throw my litter mats and scoopers away. I also keep the litter box in the bathtub which they instead put on the floor and when I picked it up to put it back in the bathtub the whole bottom of it was soaking wet.... :( ugh read more
