Heromaid sent in a maid to clean a 2bd 1.5 quoting 260. The cleaner arrived promptly as scheduled, however didn't speak English so I had to use Google translate to navigate. My mom's house hasn't been deep cleaned in 8+ years and I knew it wouldn't be an easy task. I communicated that I mainly wanted the kitchen and living room areas and I wouldn't be worried about the price as long as it's a job well done. 3hrs into the service, the cleaner requested an extra 1-2hrs to finish up the living room (along with dusting all the doorways and windows). Be aware this cleaning service only cleans the floor and dusts the tabletop. They do not put stuffs away like all other cleaning service do. This is not helpful at all since we have vacuum robot already for the floor, what we really need is cleaning up the objects and tabletop. They only send one person at a time and the cleaning was dragged very long. Then they charged $190 which is more expensive than their competitors in the same area. I chose this company off of yelp. I paid $211 including a "first time/deep clean" $35 extra for them to not even make my bed. The only thing that it looked like happened was they mopped my floors. Every other professional company I've ever had I always think wow they clean so well I don't know how they do it. And this company I thought what.... What the? What did they do? The stove was not wiped thoroughly. Then the cleaner Olga shared pictures of the pet hair in the house. Which was not the issue. Frequently missed areas & rooms. They refuse to comply with their own rules & standards. When I signed on with them I was told to call them if something was missed & they would send them back as many times as it takes. This wass their policy they said. Well guess what? They only did this ONCE & after that first & ONLY time we were told that they couldn't send them back anymore & that I should do a proper check all around the house before letting the cleaners leave. WHATTT?!!! Lol in a 4k sq ft home? You want me to have the cleaners wait an additional 45 mins while I check every corner? Sure dude. How about properly train your employees so the customer doesnt have to check. Very unprofessional conduct, two kids answering the phone. None of the cleaners spoke English btw. NONE. read more
