But, several opportunities to save face and show good customer service were passed over. The "ticket" issue was know long before we sat down. Server was clearly stressed out and overwhelmed. Management was more into socializing in the dining room that getting on the line to pump the food out. The slices we ate were "meh", not super warm and burned cheese on the bottom. Will we give them another chance? Maybe. There are other places with good pizza, like Twin Brothers, that acknowledge service issues when they arise and don't try to explain it away with excuses.
