I believe the menu should mention that the meat is chargrilled. My husband ordered beef skewers to go with the house special tonight of noodles with Asian sauce. He couldn't eat this steak either. It was so overcooked and again, no flavor. Just charcoal. Again, the cost of the skewers were removed off of the bill. So thank you for that. Management was more into socializing in the dining room that getting on the line to pump the food out. The slices we ate were "meh", not super warm and burned cheese on the bottom. Will we give them another chance? Maybe. There are other places with good pizza, like Twin Brothers, that acknowledge service issues when they arise and don't try to explain it away with excuses.

Waitress was nice, cheerful and attentive (thank goodness because after the hostess I was worried). Food came out quickly and was delicious.
