The one star review was based on the way the business handled an issue, not a dollar charge. UPS is an Amazon drop off spot so when selecting UPS as your Amazon drop off and they tell you all you need is a box they don't tell you you need to tape it up and you show up at the UPS store with the clerk trying to charge for tape. Rude and inconsiderate since I'm simply returning a wrong item that was received now I have to pay to return something?

I took the items I needed to mail back to Arizona and at The UPS Store, the staff member charged me for a new box and said she would find a box for me and pack everything and use the prepaid label. Other than the small box charge, I simply had to trust that she would take care of everything and mail it for me. I had worked with her before, and she had always been a huge help!
