The fabric was suddenly all roughed up and pilling too. There are was obviously some type of liquid spilled on my top repeatedly while in their possession, as their are multiple large stains. Even the lettering and trim was damaged on the shirt. The employee clearly didn't care what was happening, as she told me I couldn't get a refund. She just handed me a little slip of paper (not even a business card) with a name on it for a person to call, claiming it was the managers direct #. Prior to the older associate wrapping up with her current customer she waved her hand for the lady behind me to come up instead of me who was next in line. I assumed she was there prior but that wasn't the case. I still stayed in the line. The younger associate was still assisting her customer. However the older associate finished with the customer and then proceeded to have a conversation with the customer. At that point I grabbed the manager card, and left the store. I went to another UPS store 15 minutes away, and received excellent customer service. I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service from the Georgetown, KY location. It is my hope that the older associate get more training in treating all customers with the same level of courtesy and respect. I hired FOUR movers thinking it would go faster and be more efficient. Spoiler alert: it took 11 hours, cost me way more than quoted, and they STILL left the heaviest and most valuable part of my belongings behind. Meanwhile, Wildcat Moving -- with only 3 guys -- did a similar move for half the price in 6 hours flat. So don't believe the sales pitch that more money = better service with this company. That's a lie. They also promised "we don't scratch walls" -- yeah, tell that to the fresh gashes in my apartment. And trying to get help from management was like talking to a used car salesman -- nothing but slick excuses and zero accountability. Bottom line: All My Sons was overpriced, inefficient, careless, and condescending. I am furious. I'm left physically and emotionally drained, and still having to move critical items myself because they simply didn't finish the job.
