From the delivery guys, , to the owners sons, with whom I spoke, everything went like clockwork . They even came to my home when I felt the glass was defective on my desk and a drawer didn't close properly, as I am lucky enough to live in the same city as the store. They immediately ordered new rails for my drawer and a new glass desktop. As soon as the items arrived, they happily came out and replaced the defective parts! We ordered at the end of April and we only have our dressers. They delivered out the bed and it was damaged and was even marked damaged when it arrived. Andrew has repeatedly told us he would call us back and hasn't. He has told us things that we found out not to be true. We asked for a refund and we were told no. Kept us very informed on everything and when the furniture arrived we were notified promptly. Joseph delivered the furniture and did a fantastic job setting everything up for us with their white glove service. We loved how the furniture came wrapped with extra protection. It was in a thick yellow furniture bag which then once removed was wrapped in more cardboard and and wrapping. I worked with Joseph who was patient with me as I looked through the catalog and spent over a week to decide on a living and dinning set. The customer service here is a shame. I ordered a bedroom set for my new home and was assured by Carlos, the service representative, that it would arrive on time. Once the payment information was received the story completely changed. I was then informed that I would have to wait and they do not do this type of service and it is at the mercy of their shippers. Most of my communication was with Andrew, an owner..most of what he said was a lie..time frame..delivery information..a lie from the minute a substantial deposit was left. He assured me that loveseat and couch arrived in one piece, with no assembly required. Therefore, I did not pay the over $200 extra for white glove delivery...not only did they arrive in pieces, they also arrived impossible to put together because of in alignment. I called him where he assured me this was "normal", sent a video on how to drill holes into a $5500 set..and poof, he disappeared. He got his money and no longer had any need to care. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS PEOPLE!! There is a complete language barrier with other employees , who are also rude!!! read more

What an incredible company! I ordered a bookshelf from Amazon and had issues when I got to the end of building the bookshelf. I reached out to the manufacturer per Amazon's directions to inquire about a potential defective item or support with building the final components of the bookshelf. I was told someone would call me back, but I received an email from Coaster Furniture requesting I send at least six documents as proof of purchase including videos and pictures. Upon receipt, I received one response asking the same question I answered in my previous communication. I responded to that email and even followed up a few days later when I didn't hear back. That was 3 weeks ago!! I did some digging and found mansion furniture as a company that sells items from Coaster. I hoped they could possibly help with sending someone to help me at for a small fee. Andrew answered phone and I explained the terrible experience I had with coaster furniture. He stated that he was familiar with this particular item and would be willing to come to my home THE SAME DAY to take a look and hopefully help me with my issue. I'll repeat Andrew committed to coming to my home AFTER the furniture store closed to help me resolve the issue with the bookshelf. As promised, he arrived tools in hand, rolled up his sleeves and together we resolved the issue with the bookshelf! He pointed out that I made one small error that threw off the entire project! After he identified the issue and we fixed the problem together. My total disgust with coaster furniture is that they did not care to ensure this huge bookshelf was not laying in the middle of my floor impacting my small child's safety even after several attempts to get help to replace parts or get some support with figuring out the issue. Unlike this company, Andrew immediately CAME TO THE RESCUE!! I was able to utilize the bookshelf in the way that it was meant to be used and remove it from the middle of my living room impeding my small child's ability to play safely. Bought a desk chair for $600 in December, supposed to arrive in January. I was offered a "manager special" of $100 off. Only got $75 off and when I asked about this they said they never offered $100. Whatever. for 4 months, there are no updates, no return calls or emails, I have to hound them. The chair finally arrives in April, set up a delivery that was a no show three times over two days. Andrew says he will personally bring it himself at 630p. Andrew arrives at 8p, did not call to say he was late. At that hour I thought he was a no show again so I had gotten ready for bed since I work early. I had to unexpectedly and awkwardly deal with Andrew in my PJs. Inappropriate. This is what Mansion calls "white glove delivery service". Turns out the chairs measurements are wrong so I call Carlos about options. He says we can do an exchange, he sends me links to similar chairs, gives me some quotes, and invites me to let him know when we pick something. Two days later, Carlos tells me that his manager will not do an exchange. He says the chair was a "special order" and cant be exchanged. This term was never used until now, the chair was BACK ORDERED/NOT IN STOCK and I was offered an incentive to place the order. I asked Carlos about our conversation earlier, and why they were ok to do an exchange but suddenly refuse? 100% unwilling to work with me. I have been lied to repeatedly from the start with this business, beginning with the instock status of the chair, the $100 "managers discount", delivery day and times, and especially about agreeing to an exchange and then making up some policy about a special order. No one cares to return calls and shows no respect of time and they go back on their word. Now I have a chair no one likes and I cant even exchange it for some other overpriced item that I can force myself to use since I cant get refunded. i searched for two versailles arm chairs. the store said they had them. they were to cost me $350 each and i specified that they must be gray. joseph assured me they were. paid the deposit, later the rest in cash upon delivery. opened them. wrong color. called to correct and all i got was arguments. he said i did get grey and i told him they were dark tan. finally, he calls an old client who bought the same chairs. she told him they were not grey, that they were tan. he says, ''well, i'm color blind." wow. they finally came for the chairs today and charged me $174.97 for a restocking fee when i didn't make a mistake. i never want to order anything from this store ever again. crooks and deficient handling of this matter. where's the justice? where's the owner? read more

We have received terrible service from Mansion Furniture. We ordered a buffet on Amazon, which they delivered on October 27th. When their drivers arrived, they drove their semi through our landscaping, which had a replacement cost of $200.00 and Andrew (sometimes called owner and sometimes called manager) was very rude when we called about it. In addition, the buffet was damaged and had to be returned. We have now waited nearly two more months and have called more than a dozen times to find out when our buffet will arrive. The story and delivery date change each time we call and we just heard today that they have no idea when it will arrive still. They have great prices and we are very happy with our bedroom set but the bench that was back ordered has not come in yet and it's been almost 3 months. They don't keep us updated as to when this bench will arrive. It takes a while before they answer emails. We were first told that it was due to arrive the end of November and here it is almost the middle of January! The bench was paid in full upon delivery of the bedroom set but we're still waiting for that missing bench! read more

One of my worst furniture buying at all, never buy from those guys if you work hard to earn your money. The lowest quality of furniture at all, they are scammers with sweet tune. I paid over 4k for a sofa set plus shipping, plus a 5 year warranty which turned to be another scam. I their pictures and description are totally different than what the furniture quality actually is. In less than nine months everything was upside down in the sofa set, cuts and raps everywhere in from the chair to the sofa to the love seat, the coffee table also had a pig whole at bottom of it. I called the company to complain after two months going forward and backward, they said sorry, call the warranty company. I called the warranty company, 3 week later they called me back asking for pictures, never heard from them since then. I called again no luck.
