Its ok. I expected too much. Simply - If they are mass produced and genetically engineered hens to make their eggs the same, they are not fresh local chicken eggs. It's OK - Lesson learned. The butcher and market staff are top notch. They know their meats and have amazing quality for not an astronomical price. They are my go-to when I am looking to prepare quality proteins. The bistro is one of the best places to get a meal. Their menu is always changing, but they do keep a few staples. For one, their fried catfish plate is probably one of the best I've ever had (I was born and raised in Arkansas, and I have eaten A LOT of catfish in my life). Frozen Flurry's is a treat in itself. They have a rotating selection of various frozen adult beverages that are really good and just right to take home for your own party. We will get a couple half-gallon jugs to go at least once a month! In all of this, the staff and the ownership are friendly, helpful, and make everyone feel welcome.
