Wow. Just plain wow! Saw this as a recommendation to try and I'm glad I did. Truly a hidden gem. Every cut of steak you could want and prices that are better than any grocery store for a much better cut of beef. Pichana, wagyu, dry-aged, pre-marinated, chicken, fish, sausage...all there. Location is a bit hidden around the side of a gas station and its not super big. Staff is friendly and willing to help you get exactly what you are seeking, just ask and they'll direct you. We were looking for fajita meats to grill out for her family one Saturday. This isn't too far from home and wanted to give it a shot. It's tucked in the corner of a strip center. When I walked in I was really impressed with how organized and clean it was. They were friendly and very helpful. On top of that it's a great price for really good meat. I'm a convert. It was date night, and we were planning on going to Bob's Steakhouse. But we'd been out of the house all day and just wanted the comfort of home. So I googled for a butcher randomly, because I wanted a splurge night. Well, it ended up being a SAVE night. We got a Waygu NY strip and a Prime Filet. The prices were so reasonable we also picked up a waygu sirloin. All for a 1/3 of the cost of Bob's. We had some fresh corn on the cob and asparagus in the fridge. Salted and peppered them. Let them sit an hour so they'd develop a lovely crust. And OMG. They were fantastic. Grilled the corn too. And the asparagus. This shop has become my goto spot for quality meats. Got a holiday ham... and have been getting prime cuts from here since Oct 21' at first I was price checking against so many places. Then I realized they are selling quality cuts of beef that I could not even find elsewhere. Prices are very good. Only a super sale at the likes of Kroger on something they are trying to get rid of beats him on average, but... I can not find most cuts elsewhere. Great place however my first time in this evening there was a line. I had items I got out of the fridge literally ready to check out and they waited for custom orders to be filled before checking me out. Waited 25 mins to buy two steaks from their fridge.
