I'm a convert. It was date night, and we were planning on going to Bob's Steakhouse. But we'd been out of the house all day and just wanted the comfort of home. So I googled for a butcher randomly, because I wanted a splurge night. Well, it ended up being a SAVE night. We got a Waygu NY strip and a Prime Filet. The prices were so reasonable we also picked up a waygu sirloin. All for a 1/3 of the cost of Bob's. We had some fresh corn on the cob and asparagus in the fridge. Salted and peppered them. Let them sit an hour so they'd develop a lovely crust. And OMG. They were fantastic. Grilled the corn too. And the asparagus. Then I realized they are selling quality cuts of beef that I could not even find elsewhere. Prices are very good.
