We asked about a few items in the case and he didn't show us any of them. He stayed by the register talking to us from the other side of the store instead of close to us and the items we were looking at. Nobody else in store. He was smoking a cigar out front when we arrived. My friend I was with bought two firearms over the weekend from here and said the other gentleman is the informative one and the one to deal with, not the guy who is here today who can't lift a hand to help us or show us any of the merchandise in the cases. Interestingly enough the sign on his store front did not say Tactical Solutions but was Diversified Public Safety? When no one showed up I called the number of the store around 9:15 am and got the machine. I left a message that I was waiting for the instructor. I decided to leave at 9:35 am as no one had arrived and left one more message. I never got a response either by phone or email. He simply did not show and never bothered to explain why. Luckily I did not pay in advance but unfortunately I had taken off of work for a half day to take the class, a half day I will never get back.

Clerk 1 goes in back to make call and comes out and says no deal at all, even though we had an agreement. Item was inspected looked up online and offer made. Pretty shady business practices if not outright incompetence. I left choosing not to argue.
