After a few months I noticed that despite my regular windings, it would run slow. Then I took it into a shallow pool. And remember the face of the watch said "waterproof". The watch stopped working. The face was damaged by droplets of water that leaked in. I reached out to Rick, the owner of this establishment, about fixing this issue. I was told that a simple maintenance and cleaning would get it back to normal. But he ironically said he did not have the time. So not only was the watch faulty from the start, Rick did not take any responsibility for it.
