Being a non-profit organization I wanted to get the best price as possible in order to ensure the largest profit margin when we sold them. Marsid/M&M came up with the best prices by a long shot. Of course I was concerned it might be at the sacrifice of quality or customer service. But my worries were completely unnecessary. I couldn't have had a more amazing experience. From the quotation, to design and print setup guides, software compatibility questions, order placement, revisions to the calendar, print quality, turnaround and shipping. Every single step and facet was made seamless by the online systems they have in place, which are backed up by an exceptional and responsive customer service team. I also wanted to note that in the end our rescue ended up printing only a smallish quantity of 250 calendars, so it was not a particularly large order. It could have been lost in the shuffle or given a lesser priority, but at no moment did I feel our order was minimized in importance because of this. I could not find any company to produce a customized Coupon Book for our practice. All books I found online had a pre-set number of pages. Marsid M&M was a life saver! I work for a non-profit and we were putting on a new conference. Due to issues with our graphic designers we did not have our final file for our program until 1:10pm on Friday for a conference starting at 9am on Monday morning. Taking it to a place like staples would have looked clunky and would have cost over $1,000. Despite closing at 5pm on Friday and being closed on the weekend, was Marsid M&M able to get our stuff printed and looking beautiful in time and at a reasonable price. But they took it even further. When we told them that we would have an Uber pickup driver come to get them, the owner told us not to bother, he would drive our order to the hotel where the conference was.
