She explained everything clearly, and was always available to take my calls and promptly answer my emails - despite the fact that I was 3 time zones away for most of the process. She had great ideas for wording and font styles, but most of all, she was always upbeat and very patient with me. She was able to print the same or greater dimensions than any other companies we called in the New York City/Long Island area. She was able to print more colors than any of the other designers we contacted. JoAnna was able to jump on Zoom calls with our team on short notice and asked very relevant questions.
