After checking out his website and Facebook, I filled out the contact form on his site to inquire about an appointment. Rob contacted me shortly after via email to tell me his availability for cupping and to get a little more info from me as to why I was interested in this type of massage. We confirmed an appointment for Friday!!! I arrived and he took me to the massage room - we discussed again what I was looking to work on (and I noticed he had Gua Sha tools/scrapers too). He explained everything as he went along with each cup and we discussed the Gua Sha massage (which I'm very interested in as well) and he even performed a little on my neck which helped cool me down (I'm naturally hot). I never felt uncomfortable. After the cupping massage was over he did a little stretching on me for my hams, hips and calves. Rob was very friendly, polite, and knowledgeable!! Scheduling was a breeze! I'd highly recommend checking this place out for traditional massages, cupping, Gua Sha, stretching etc! I can't wait for my next appointment!

She was so pleasant and amazing; she truly has a gift. The experience from start to finish was fantastic. The space was relaxing, inviting, and pleasant. The time to get comfortable wasn't rushed. The massage was outstandingly relaxing, and it was on point with what I needed at that moment. The massage was so great, to the point where I fell asleep. However, they set up two different times. When calling the business, their mailbox is full, so I couldn't get in touch with them to clarify. However, I sent many emails that were not responded to. They did reply to a google review. The 2nd massage was never accepted by their website system, so there was never any confirmation. Yet, they still charged my card. I am a bit frustrated as I wish communication was clearer and the website reservation system worked better. I reached out to get a refund processed and will update my review accordingly if/when they process the refund.

I must say my appointment was on time and professional. Rida is a true master at doing natural hair!! Her prices are very reasonable and fair. I have a lot of thick, long hair. She literally washed, conditioned, and trimmed my hair within 1hr 15min I was walking out the door! I have never had a stylist finish my hair that quick.
