I haven't been to a laundromat in 20 plus years, so this was a pleasant learning experience. We took in our heavy comforter and were able to sit around and have a snack outside while we waited. This a really cool concept and happy they're in Menifee, I'll definitely return with all of our heavy blankets that we have issues with at home. read more

Very cute!!! My sister's washer broke so I was helping by taking my niece to the laundry to wash all the clothes for the kids. It's very clean and has a relaxed vibe. I didn't get coffee because they didn't have non dairy options. I know this area hates vegans () but we exist and we aren't the only ones who want non-dairy. But other than that, 5 stars and I'll be back. I like being able to get all the laundry done in one swoop! read more

There's a coffee bar that offers delicious coffees and local baked goods with plenty of seating...including a couch. I really like this laundromat, it's always clean, affordable, and feels modern and comfortable compared to others in the area. It's definitely one of my go-to spots. That said, one thing that can be frustrating is when small businesses come in and take up multiple machines at once. Today, one person was using about four machines for her cleaning business while regular customers were waiting. I even saw three mothers with infants, pushing strollers, towing loads of laundry, and walking in circles trying to find an open machine, it was tough to watch and clearly stressful for them. And here I am with my one load for my large comforter to wash, waiting for a larger machine. I completely understand that small businesses need to do their laundry too, and I know laundromats rely on consistent commercial customers. But during peak hours, it feels unfair to regular customers who just need to get their laundry done. It might really help to have some guidelines in place, like designated commercial-use hours, a limit on the number of machines one person can use during busy times, or a time cap when there's a wait. Overall, it's still a great place, love the coffee, and with a few thoughtful adjustments like these, it could be an even better experience for everyone. read more

My dryer stopped working, and I was terrified. I hadn't gone to a laundromat in a long time. I was beautifully surprised with this place. It was amazing the concept of just lounging and doing your laundry and a clean a brand new facility was everything for me.. now that dryer is working coming back to do my bedding and mats as I could do everything in 20 minutes. I stopped in specifically on my break to try the Fig Matcha. I walked in and noticed the shop was extremely clean and had a welcoming atmosphere. Even though it took a while to prepare my matcha, I didn't mind too much because the staff member was kind. The matcha itself was delicious and came topped with a dried fig slice. This place is very cute, clean, and has a peaceful environment, which I really appreciated. The only downside was the lack of folding space, as there are only a few small tables available, which made folding clothes a bit inconvenient. They also have a limited number of carts, and unfortunately none were available when I needed to move my wet clothes to the dryer, even though the laundromat wasn't very busy at the time I was there. I was really hoping to love this place and make it my go-to, and with a bit more folding space and a few extra carts, it would be so much more convenient. read more

I love how this laundromat is clean and THE brand name washer n dryers. However, they have no drip coffee so I had to order an Americano ( which was extremely watery). I also order a pumpkin spice latte which barely had pumpkin flavor. I gave 3 stars since this establishment is new and the baristas that looked confused may improve. Great concept, but lackluster lattes. Since it's new hopefully things will improve. read more

ok love the laundromat But the employees are very rude. I've been here like three times already and they treated me the same way every time They have a attitude every time you have a question I think they're racist towards Hispanics Especially the tall blonde lady she's very rude I needed like four plastic bags one time and she told me i had to pay $.25 for them when she was given other people them for free and I have my 3 pound Pomeranian that I took with me the last time I went there and he is a service dog. He's in the training of becoming one the lady was very rude about it. They kicked him out because he barked one she said he was very loud. Which one time he barked And they also told me that they couldn't have him in there because of the coffee shop because of sanitary rights, but they wash and keep utensils and their cups in the same area as the restroom so I don't think that's so sanitary the whole time of me being there I had to be outside with my puppy and when I had to put my clothes in the dryer,I had to put my puppy in the car and because of them so they're just very rude. They do not make you feel welcomed at all they make you feel very uncomfortable and I won't be visiting again like if they don't like their job they shouldn't be working there read more

By the time I finish paying for detergent and starting the washers it already cost me 70 dollars: I will be drying my laundry at home cuz I don't want to even kno how much that will cost me. Stumbled upon this cute & cozy laundry mat on my camping travels. It's clean, spacious and inviting. The staff is really nice. You have to buy a laundry mat card from the machine to use the washers/dryers, no coins. Super convenient. I think a few more laundry carts would be beneficial. The matcha latte is amazing! I went today and washed a large area rug. The place was clean, and has friendly staff. Nice place to sit and relax as items are washing. This is my new place for comforters, area rugs and bedding. What a beautiful refreshing laundromat! It's not ghetto, it's clean, this place motivates anyone want to do laundry. This is not just a clean laundromat, it has a coffee shop inside! With a bar tabletop, lounging area with tables inside and outside! I stopped by two days in a row for coffee as I had a job near by. The owner is so pleasant to talk to, her daughter's so welcoming and kind. I'd definitely do the drive from Corona for the coffee and for the mats if my washer breaks. read more

My wife and I loaded up all the bed spreads and sheets that have gathered over the last year and went over to The Mat. They have huge wash machines and dryers. We did all of it in acouple hours. And having the coffee bar there is a definite plus! It's a very clean place and well taken care of. The machines use a card and no more quarters! 3 kids working there, yet none of them have a clue of what is going on. I ordered an iced chai tea. I'm waiting over 15 mins, still no tea. I ask and they all look at each other clueless. They don't take your name, so every time they make a drink they have to ask/discuss who the drink might go to. I finally get my chai and all I can say is thank god I had them put some cinnamon I. The drink. Worst chai tea ever, I took 3 sips and it's all milk! $9(with tip) wasted! Whoever owns this, needs to be there and train the staff properly. Don't waste your time going here. read more
