They took care of us from beginning to end. I had never been here before, so when I got the chance to walk around the store I fell in love with it! There were so many unique items from clothes to earrings to jellies to holiday decor. Speaking of - the place was decked out for Christmas and looked amazing! One of the things that really caught my eye were the prices. They seemed so reasonable! I also love that they support local artisans. The displays always look great, they make it easy to find whatever it is that you're looking for (and then some!) They've always got plenty of everything on-hand/in stock and are extremely well organized. The sales team members are always around to help and are super friendly and approachable. Now remember this is a boutique and not a large department store. The ladies who work in this location literally ignored each person who came there to shop but as soon as another race walked in the hello's, welcomes, may I help you opening lines seem to be in abundance... This has been tested a few times now and it is sad. My last time in the store I picked up a couple nice semi flush interior light fixtures and cannot be happier with them. Their hours are shorter than most retailers and they definitely have a small parking lot that is shared with a couple other businesses in the little center. I'm come several times a year, but as for bigger projects, last year, we built a new large pollinator garden with only native plants and this spring, we basically started over on an overgrown landscaping island, and both times, associates helped us for quite some time using their knowledge of the plant, garden positioning (relative to sun direction), soil conditions, and required maintenance to plan the projects out without upselling anything, which I appreciate. BUYER BEWARE - When you buy a mattress at any Mattress Firm they are not completely transparent…read morewith their warranty. If your mattress is discontinued and you manage to win the warranty claim, instead of being able to exchange for a new mattress they give you a credit that won't cover the cost of the equivalent mattress from that same brand. I also contacted the brand and they assured me that Mattress Firm would do the right thing, they didn't. Offering an extra $300 off for a mattress I should not have to replace is unfair. The mattress was discontinued due to well known issues with that model, you would think they would see this and make it right. But, they only want you to spend more of your hard earned money "so they can upgrade you" ! They have lost my business, I hope if you read this you choose a better company to give your business to!
