We came back for her to do the perm again and fix the issue just for it now to completely fall out after a week. His hair is back to being bone straight. I spoke with a manager and was told I would be refunded to then get a whole $23 back. Never recommending this place or coming again. DO NOT go here for perms, coloring or any chemical treatments. Now we have to find another salon to completely redo his hair and pay all over again.
