It wasn't busy when I went in the morning so you can really appreciate and see the space. One thing to note about the locker room is you need to bring your own lock. The space is beautiful and clean. I wasn't able to use the toilet on my visit but I will check next time. Overall, the gym has a full array of workout machines from weights to treadmills to elliptical, etc. I definitely recommend this gym especially if your corporate gives you Gympass access.

Before training with her, most of my own work out routine consisted of just cardio and basic utilization of some machines. With Seleah, I have gained a lot more information on how to work out various muscles in my body, build a lot of strength and able to lift more weights. She works very well with your goals and needs. Like any typical trainer, she doesn't make you go on any crazy strict diets and makes sure that you are not indulged in crazy work outs. Her flexibility is the reason of her success and I know that for someone who couldn't do planks or lift much weights, I have come a long way with Seleah in just 3 months and look forward to what else is stored in my training course with her.

She makes sure that you're keeping to a healthy diet and checks in with you about your fitness goals. She also makes sure all of your sessions are booked so you stay consistent. I also notice that she is never on her phone unless she is using her timer, and she gives you undivided attention, even in her group sessions. Thanks Seleah for all your dedication. I've noticed great results, and people always comment on how toned and defined I've started to look in these past months.

What I would say makes this gym stand out from the rest is the involvement of ALL coaches per client & not just being known from the one/s who's trained you. The ability to come in & be known by name, having a blast during every session, ALL the while getting results makes each experience personal. The hours of service vary in order to accommodate all different schedules. I had a membership at another large, chain gym - and used to get so annoyed and frustrated at how there didn't seem to be any off peak times. It was constantly crowded and it was a struggle to get any piece of cardio equipment or weights or benches. I found myself using the gym less and less because I couldn't fully utilize it. Anytime Fitness is probably the same distance away as my other gym. I will say though that it is small....but if you do not require classes and just need some cardio equipment, weights and machines, then this place is for you. I have gone after work and have been able to work out and do what I need to. It's never packed and even when there are people there, everyone is polite about sharing or working in and cleaning their benches/machines when they are done.

It has nice equipment-- a row machine, an elliptical machine, a stationary bike and several treadmills. The pool is well maintained at a good temperature. The staff is warm and welcoming.

One advice: train the receptionists better and make sure they have the same AND right information…read more When you're new to the YMCA and want to sign in for a membership, depending on who I was seeing, they had different versions about the costs and the methods of payment. Being nice and patient when you're receptionist should be a basic requirement. I strongly suggest they allow drop-in class for the group classes, in order you can try them, at least once. And add more fitness classes (like yoga, zumba, pilates, etc.) after workday. On another note, yoga teachers (Jenniera and JoAnn) are good!
