I tried their new caramel iced coffee with almond milk. It is the perfect amount of sweetness. You can taste the coffee but the taste isn't super strong. The workers walked to me to give me my food and drink. That was so sweet. I never had anyone do this. This location is very fast paced, you get in and out. You can eat inside as well. Well, leave it to Flame and Pie to fufill my cravings for the evening. This is actually the 2nd time I've ordered from them. And they have a pretty good reputation from foodies and food truck fanatics alike. Let's see if this selection hits my taste buds just right. For ordering, I just walked up to the front of the truck with not too long of a line and was greeted promptly by the staff, which consisted of only two people. Both were pretty busy with customers taking orders and cooking the food, but ran very efficiently with a pretty good vibe. Call it a food truck operating at full speed. The menu was in front for everyone to see. Inside, it looked very organized with pizza boxes on top of the oven as well. And in front, napkins, condiments and desserts in place. Not too clunky at all. My order was ready in about 15 minutes. I selected their 10" pickle bacon ranch pizza. Truly delicious. There was a lot of pickles and bacon on top along with ranch drizzle. And the crust had a bit of a crunch. I actually let Sophia eat half of my order and she enjoyed it too. Great pizza to go with some beer. Definitely can't beat that. After waiting in the drive-thru line for approximately 7 to 8 minutes, with only 3 or 4 vehicles ahead of me, I reached the speaker. The employee asked for my order, and I explained that it was a mobile order. He responded by asking, "Oh, for Gabriella?" I advised that it was not, which was concerning given that my actual name is not even remotely similar. He then instructed me to pull forward. I stated that I wanted to confirm that it was my order. He said nothing and went silent. After about 2 minutes he came back on the speaker asking if there was something more.  I said," yes,  I wanted to confirm the order first," he then repeated, "Yes, you can pull around." At the pickup window, a different employee assisted me. I asked whether he was the same person from the speaker, and he confirmed he was not. He then asked how to pronounce my name, which I provided. Less than 10 seconds later, another employee arrived at the window with my order. I immediately noticed that the Blizzards were covered with drink-style lids featuring straw inserts and bubble press buttons. This raised concern that the order may have been sitting for some time. In addition, the usual upside-down test was not performed, which further suggested the product may not have been prepared or handled according to standard procedure. After handing me the order, the employee said, "Have a nice day," and promptly shut the window. I pulled forward to verify the items and found that all of the Blizzards were already melting. By that time, the drive-thru line had become significantly longer. Returning through the line or going inside was not practical, as I had my children in the car in their pajamas. As a result, we were only able to eat the thicker portions. Three out of four members of my family have texture sensitivities and would not consume the melted portions, so most of the desserts had to be discarded by the time we arrived home. This was especially disappointing because it was intended to be a special treat for my family. Instead, it became both a waste of time and a waste of money, and the pickup process itself added unnecessary frustration. The employee handling the speaker also lacked the level of professionalism and communication skills expected in a customer-facing role. A simple request to confirm a paid mobile order should have been handled clearly and confidently. As a paying customer supporting your business, the dismissive and nonchalant approach to the transaction was unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the overall customer service experience.
