    2 Sunny Side Up Eggs

I was on my way to another spot which turned out to be closed and it worked out quite alright in my books. The place is tiny, maybe 8 booths if even. We got seated right away but all the seats ended up being taken while we were eating. It's seems it's a popular local spot. The menu has all the breakfast classics plus they have specials listed at the door. I had apple stuffed French toast and it was excellent. Moist, loads of cinnamon and decadent sauce. My company had Captain Crunch French toast which was also a banger. I absolutely adore spots like these, with a classic old time-y vibe.

Very reasonable prices, good diner food and friendly staff. It was super busy so go early!

    Food that tastes like trash

My coworker thought she would treat us to breakfast this morning. We ordered corn, beef, hash, fried potatoes, toast, eggs, and some other items. The corn beef hash was made as though it was just mixed with water, dumped the can on a plate and warmed it up and put it in it to go dish. The eggs were very runny. Absolutely disgusting. The potatoes were overcooked. Unseasoned appeared to be old. The toast was old not toasted. The whole thing was a disaster. We just threw everything in the trash. Please do not eat at this place. If anything you're better off going to Tommy's some actual good food.

I stopped in after seeing a positive review about the seafood omelette. I arrived early and was seated quickly. (the place is small, so I would recommend getting there early.) The waitress was incredibly sweet. She checked on me multiple times. I ordered the seafood omelette and the strawberry stuffed French toast. My food came out hot, and it was delicious! The omelette came with potatoes. They were bland and mushy, but everything else was a 10/10. I will return.

My boyfriend and I have made this our "go to" breakfast spot and each time we have gone I have posted a review. The staff was so friendly and attentive. I love the family feel. Boyfriend had Eggs Your Way with sausage and a side of bacon (he already ate some before I got the picture!) I tried the Cheesesteak Sandwich which fries (that are fresh cut!!) with gravy. Everything tasted super fresh and cooked perfectly. Can't wait to go back and try more of the menu!! The menu posted in this review has prices slightly lower than current prices.

Super cute mom n' pop restaurant with breakfast, brunch and lunch items served all day. I had a hard time deciding what to choose! Will definitely go back here again. Waitress recommended the grilled chicken wrap and it was delicious! Had a spicy kick to it! The waitresses were all helping each other and checking in on us - service was just fine. Only negative is, I was still eating when they served the check. I just started eating my meal - it came out quite a bit after my friend's meal was served. Both me and my friend felt like they were rushing us out. We were there less than 1 hour.

Tommy's restaurant was closed so we decided to check out Fertittas diner. Located on Mecury Blvd next to DTLR. First time at this restaurant. Walked in and seated immediately. I got the cheeseburger with seasoning fries. My girlfriend got the French toast, turkey sausage, scrambled eggs & potatoes. Excellent food. Definitely go again.

Let me tell you they have some mocktails on the menu. I absolutely love that! I've been saying we have a string market for mocktails. But, the Petron flight is so aesthetically pleasing. I Next we ordered our food. Buttermilk biscuits with an apple compote paired with a streusel topping. You can have the biscuit just the way it is, or put the apple compote on top, and finish it off with the streusel topping and it really is a great mesh of all flavors! The fried green tomatoes were my favorite! You have to put all the ingredients together... the salad, the sauce and the tomato. There was so much flavor! The berry french toast was my favorite sweet treat of all the things I tried. The gumbo was packed full of shrimp, meat, okra and more. The temperature was cool not as hot as I would have liked. But, that's nothing hard. The place does not lack flavor one bit. Our waitress Shana handled our table of 8 with ease. She was on it. There were other food runners helping out as well. Everyone was great! Making a reservation was easy. They were able to accommodate our party The portion sizes meet the price. To some pricing maybe a little much to some, but if you sit back and see what you get both portion and flavor it all adds up. Parking is a large lot shared with various businesses. Overall this was a pretty good spot to come to.

We both enjoyed our entrees. The restaurant itself is a bit small. Intimate even. But the music was great and vibe of the place was very nice. I would definitely go back to try their dinner menu.

I was in the mood for fish and grits and although they did not have the combo on the menu the waitress instructed me how to order it. I only have two negative comments: 1) I asked for cheese and eggs and they just put the cheese on top of the eggs instead of cooking it together, and 2) I ordered biscuits and they were hard as hockey pucks. I asked the waitress about it and she said different cooks make them different ways so I ordered toast. I have had their biscuits many times before and they were delicious. Whoever the cook was on biscuit duty that day needs to not be chosen for that duty in the future. Overall, my experience was great as usual. All cash business, no credit. I was prepared!

I ordered chicken wings, and when they were served, I noticed visible blood on the bone and meat, suggesting they were either undercooked or not properly handled. This raises serious food safety concerns, especially in light of the earlier refrigeration issue. Shortly after eating, I began experiencing stomach discomfort, which made the situation even more alarming. Food safety is a basic expectation when dining out, and this experience fell well below acceptable standards. I hope management takes immediate steps to address both food handling practices and transparency with customers to prevent this from happening again.

When I pulled up, the "Open" sign was still out front. I got out of my car and walked to the building, only to see a staff member rush outside and remove the "Open" sign. By the time I reached the door -- still 10 minutes before closing -- the door was already locked. Inside, an employee looked my way but didn't approach me or offer an explanation. If a business advertises that it's open until 3:00PM, a customer arriving before that time reasonably expects to be served. What I experienced felt like a disregard for my time and expectations. I left disappointed -- if Baked Bistro wants to keep my business, I hope they better honor their posted hours in the future.

Again, thanks to other Yelpers, I found this place. I'm so glad we found it. This place does have a small private parking lot, which is a good thing for the area. The interior was nice, large, and seemed very clean. Plenty of seats inside and a few tables outside. The fella who served us was very nice, pleasant, and took care of us. Now let's get to our meals: Holy mud were they good. The wifey had The Jim Boy. Which is a couple of eggs, a couple of sides, potatoes, and toast. She tells me the whole meal was very good with the potatoes being the flavorful standout. As for me, I had The Lumberjack. Wow was it good. It was smashbrowns topped with 3 eggs your way, fried chicken breast, sausage gravy, and a buttermilk biscuit on the side. Their website pictures were different from how it was presented to me today (not that it means a thing). Again what a wonderful flavor. The biscuits were great and the sausage gravy was fantastic! I will say this it is a very filling meal - you will not be hungry after eating this. So with all this said, I highly recommend this place and I'm sure I will be back. I might even try to hit it for lunch next time. So if you're looking for a place - go ahead and enjoy this place.

My vanilla cupcake was hard, and the icing for all were not too sweet. I prefer sweet icing. These were more of a whipped icing. But, that's just preference. I plan to stop back to get a few things I saw. Once I was done at the bakery store side I headed over for lunch. I was seated at a booth, chair combo seating. The booth was really comfortable. Our waiter was really good. He was attentive made sure our drinks were filled. He answered any questions we had. My starter was the Chesapeake Bay crab dip. That dip was one of the best I have had! Melty cheese, with wonderful flavor! It came out piping hot a d was paired with crispy yet soft pita rounds. I opted for the BBQ Brisket on a sweet potato bun. The bun was really delicious. I was happy the waiter informed me that this was not a hand held sandwich, but more of a fork and knife kind of dish. My side was a salad. The lemon dressing was amazing. My friend also had the same dressing and she raved about it as well.
