Dairy Queen, you naughty thing. Blizzards are forever going to be my vice. We don't have DQ over in the U.K. so when first introduced to this place, I was hooked! I chose the Cookie Dough Blizzard and my better half chose the Oreo Hot Cocoa Blizzard. The perfect amount of cookie dough to ice cream ratio, I definitely enjoyed mine. The rest of our group chose other Blizzard flavors, and a Strawberry dipped cone. Needless to say, everyone went back for a second serving... Only thing that put me off about this location was there was a leaking vent in the ceiling not too far away from the food area, directly behind the cashier. Great customer service received on this visit, helpful staff and very polite. Will definitely come back again. read more

Food was fresh and service was truly warming. We were welcomed as soon as we walked in the door. We felt very embraced. I ordered the pretzels and they were hot and fresh. It really that all the traditional style Dairy Queens are gone in my area, only to be replaced by more modern stores. However this particular store though renovated, still has that tradition feel. The store is very clean, the workers are super friendly and the prices are really good. They offered me some specials when I didn't recognize them initially. The menu board is really clear and the prices are really good. There is plenty of room to sit either inside or out. Drive thru service is available for the folks on the go. I had a 2 chili dogs and Oreo crunch shake. The chili taste homemade, I mean it really did remind me of my moms chili sauce. The ice-cream was super fresh! Only thing I did not like was it was super cold in there. However without asking, they adjusted the temperature. I don't normally go to Dairy Queen particullarly this one because it not in my area of town. But the next time I do go, I will make the way across town to this one! NICE JOB! read more

I always have a good experience at this Dairy Queen, plus it has sentimental value. For starters, I grew up in the Fox Hill area, so it's right across the street from my middle school. Now, I live right beside it- I know, don't tempt me! I've always loved the Oreo blizzard. The staff is usually courteous and my order has never been messed up. Nasty Attitude-ordered a cone which came to $3.85. As I was driving off I heard her ask something about rounding it up to four dollars and I yelled back to the speaker "no." Awesome customer service at this Dairy Queen! This place was PACKED when we arrived. I'm talking we couldn't even get in the door when we first arrived, but those workers were WORKING! They were pumping out ice cream so fast. It was impressive! We got picked out by who we presume was the manager, who was jumping in on the huge rush to help out. Me & hubby went to get a blizzard. Very clean inside, had plastic divider up for Covid protection. Got a strawberry/kiwi slush. Any size for $1.11. Great deal. It was so good. I went to this DQ at 10:58am they open at 11:00am at the drive thru some girl said we don't open till 11. I said ok I can wait she said no you have to get out of the drive thru, I said nooo I wait 2 minutes and then I want to speak to the manager. There was no one else behind me and when I pulled up the "manager" said we want to keep the lines down. What line at 11am?! They were so rude and did not have to be. Just say we will be with you in a few or nothing at all or say we open at 11. I mean seriously get out Line and drive around wtf. Rude employees and incompetent manager. Got a great strawberry cheesecake blizzard cake from the Dairy Queen on for my dad's birthday. My dad said he either wanted a cheesecake or an ice cream cake so this was perfect! I was told to pull ahead and park to wait for the melts. After 7 minutes, one wrap was given to me. There was no sign of the other. When I advised Brooke, who took my order, she said that the second wrap "Didn't pop up on the screen." No apology. Nothing. It took 15 minutes to get the second wrap. Fast food? I think not. Their medium blizzards are such a bang for your buck, and I wasn't skimped on quantity or frozen-ness of the ice cream. This place has the rudest employees. I have never seen or meet anyone so rude in my life. Seems to be how they run this location. I called 45 hours prior to needing a cake and they told me it has to be 48 hours. I was shocked 3 hours even mattered. The guy (manager) told me it's because they didn't have the flavor I wanted (Oreo). The next day I sent my daughter there to just get one they had already made. Guess what? They had 2 Oreo cakes sitting there. She messaged me telling me the price and I sent it to her. Once she picked it up and asked if they can write on it they said it was $16 more. They messed up the label. (I have a picture of it) So, I called up there being very nice and polite and asked the lady what was going on with the labels and how much each cake was. I told her my daughter was there wanting on that was miss labeled. She didn't say a word and handed the phone off to the manager. I thought that was rude, she could've said hold on please I'll get the manger. They wouldn't sell me the cake for the price of the label on it. They told me they would give the actual size for that price. I mean seriously, they miss marked the price and it's my fault? Plus just the day before they didn't have Oreo and now they have different sizes and multiple ones. The manager did tell my child that I changed my mind and she can leave now. Who says that to someone? You can clearly see that my daughter is a child. I will NEVER do business with this place again. I ordered a large quantity (39) of Blizzards to treat my staff. The manager, Jennifer, was extremely helpful in making sure that the order was filled accurately and timely.
