When I first arrived, there were several employees behind the counter and I was the first customer there, so I was confused why my prepaid online order, which should have been first in line, wasn't being prepared. Ordering ahead ended up taking much longer than if I had just ordered in person, which was really disappointing. Also sandwich bread was chewy and hard to eat, almost felt stale. When my order arrived, there was liquid and dressing leaking from the container, making the bottom of the plate wet. In addition, the packaging was not sealed. For food safety and customer confidence, I believe orders should be sealed before being handed to the delivery driver. A sealed package helps provide reassurance that the food has not been opened, handled, or exposed during delivery. I understand that leaks can happen, but I would appreciate stronger packaging and a tamper-evident seal on future orders. Thank you for taking this feedback into consideration.
