Their service is always great. Their staff is always friendly and kind. Their bakery goods always taste good and fresh. From their savory goods to their sweets - you'll find more than one thing to buy. Their interior is designed well and avoids jamming. Since we ordered and paid on our phones and had to get our own water, the only service we really received was having our food brought to the table. We still tipped around 20%, but it didn't feel like the level of service matched the tip. Overall, this visit didn't live up to my previous experiences here. While I appreciate the convenience of the new ordering system, the change in the acai bowl and the limited service make me question whether I'll be returning anytime soon.
