I took the frame to the Frame Shop, where I had never been before, and asked Sean, the owner, if he could fix it. He said he'd try, and spent at least a half hour working on it. My husband felt so uncomfortable that he went back to car , I stayed, then the woman went to the back of the store and then left the store. Maybe she finished her shift. I saw a few interesting things at the store, there's artisan soaps but they are scented with artificial fragrances not essential oils, you can tell by the smell, that was a turn off for me. In summary, the experience wasn't good, so I will not visit again.
