We moved to Dublin by buying a foreclosure several years ago, and while our previous agent worked diligently, she wasn't terribly familiar with the neighborhood and eventually, relocated to a different region. There is no lack of advertising, and while some promote their great sales and offer free use of a moving truck, we felt the Mia & Beverly Team really added the most value to the Dublin Ranch neighborhood. Having grown up in older neighborhoods that had block parties and where neighbors actually talked regularly, I really appreciated the fact that Mia & Beverly make a sincere effort to put on events where people can come out of their holes and meet one another.
