We thoroughly enjoyed looking around the store, speaking with Leah and being helped by Leah, and our stuff we picked up. First time here. Will definitely be repeat customers. We are excited to share our containers and reuse what we keep. There are so many items we can't get from most other places we go. It is truly a health and wellness kind of mini grocery store. There is stuff for all sorts of things! Well organized and clean. Very clear instructions and staff (Leah) are great! Cute little seating area outside that's minimalistic.

I just love coming to the mighty bin. Reusing jars and filling them back up is so rewarding and fun. I am happy to support a small business that is woman owned! Isabelle is always so kind, even when I make a mess . I've been coming since the store opened and I've seen it grow with so much product! Clearly, Isabelle and her team work very hard and it shows! A beautiful environment with wonderful products. You'd be silly not to support this business, even if it's just once.

I've been meaning to stop by but I usually do my grocery shopping at night to beat the crowds and due to working till later in the day. I called out sick to take care of my dog as he wasn't feeling well, but when he started to feel better I decided to go check out this zero waste store! I definitely try to do my best for the environment and my house is full of zero waste products and reusable items, so I was VERY excited for this store to open so close by to me! I also shop at Earthwell Refill and I love it there as well but they focus mainly on cleaning and hygiene products. Definitely recommend both stores. The workers were friendly and professional and explained the process to me. I brought my own jars and bag, and they weighed out my jars before filling them up. They have grains, beans, pasta, household cleaning items, hygiene products, produce, teas, coffee beans, oils, seasonings, the list goes on. I bought brown rice, tamari, curry powder, some produce and Castile soap since I was running out. They had a good selection of items, I wish they had more noodles to choose from, I love chickpea noodles and if they had some I would've definitely bought some! I saw they had some empty dispenser containers so there's more product coming. There were several people in the store which made me happy that other people also care about the planet! They have clean funnels and spoons to scoop out what you need and a section to put used items. I appreciate their business soooo much! Thank you and I'll be back soon!

A car pulled out away from the curb so I snagged that spot. I entered was looking for a cart asked a couple people and apparently the carts are down in the garage so yes, there's a garage underneath just in case you needed to know and now I know for future. I managed to find a cart. Loaded up with ice went to self check out, which is very simple. They had a handheld device to scan my bag of ice times 15. I was on my way Glad there's a Ralph's nearby that made this excursion. Very simple.

It's like entering into a time zone only different is there is no Back Door for me to enter. Would that being said, no matter how much you smile and be polite these employees from the time you walk in the door and the first person you see which is security And throughout the whole store, until you get to checkout i'm either followed through the store. Givin dirty looks and just straight out Rudeness if I go to ask a question about a product are any assistants of where I can locate a product and I refuse to come out of character and lower myself to their level. I try to avoid this store as much as possible. Which means I have to go out my way on public transportation i mean, seriously, this is not the backwoods of alabama and one of those other seriously racist states. This is supposed to be beautiful San Diego California it doesn't make sense how people can be so evil and nasty towards a person They've never encountered before, and I'm pretty sure when they were hired, they didn't inform H. R that they were going to treat certain customers in a nasty and vile way And it's awful how management condones this behavior Because the employees are very comfortable in their actions It is not okay to make someone feel uncomfortable or unaccepted. In an establishment that you don't own it's also ashame that the machine where I put in my phone number and pin Number tells me thank you for being a value customer across the screen i've never heard that from an employee since my shopping experience at the store. my whole career was in customer service and it would bothered me if I knew that I didn't put my all into making a customer feel satisfied. Or at least appreciated.love thy neighbor is a commandment not a suggestion Do better Ralph's replacing people with robots is starting to sound like a good idea.

This particular Trader Joe's is located in the Liberty Station area and is beautiful! It's off the main street before entering deep into the hustle of shopping and eateries. We quickly checked it out and found our favorites! This trip, we bought some dips, chips, quick frozen meals, coconut water, smoked Gouda cheese and crackers, ice coffee concentrate, heavy whipping cream, and apples. They have their own parking lot. It seemed extremely busy and crowded. The employees were very friendly and helpful as always. They had samples out that day. I always loved sampling the newest thing. They had packages of the cooked bacon bits. They offered on top of a salad. It was very tasty!

Never really asked how the visit was or if I found everything I needed. It was just something that could probably be a conversation to have while you're on your break and not while tending to a customer. They were very loud about it too, to obnoxious level. I always have praised employees at Trader Joe's because they always seem happy and are very friendly and offer great customer service but these guys... just wasn't it Other than that, is Trader Joe's and yes I found what I needed. I did notice though that this Trader Joe's had some different products in that my local Trader Joe's doesn't have so got to try something new to me, just kinda bummed mine doesn't have them

The store carries products from some of my favorite local vendors that I usually only find at the farmers market, along with a great selection of unique drinks and specialty items. The store was well organized, fully stocked, and easy to browse. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. While some items are a bit pricier than what you'd find at a traditional grocery store, the quality and clean ingredients make it well worth the cost. It's a great place to discover healthier options and support local brands at the same time.
