I ordered Classic Beige Dome box with Light Pink Roses for my mom's birthday last month and set the delivery date to 12/22. They ended up being delivered on the 20th which was fine! Better early than late. Unfortunately, they were crushed. It was disappointing for her to receive them on her bday crushed. I immediately took some photos and tried to call. An automatic text was sent during my call. Since I couldn't speak with someone on the call, I sent a response by text along with the photos. I figured since it was so close to Christmas, it would probably take some time to hear back. No biggie! They reached back out the next day by text to apologize and were very responsive and quick. Sometimes, this can happen during delivery, which I understand. I did also purchase package protection too so not sure if that makes a difference when it comes to these situations. They offered: 1. A replacement of the original arrangement 2. A store credit gift card for the full value of the order I chose option 1. At the time, they ran out of light pink roses until 12/30 and asked if I would be ok with waiting until then. They would be delivered 12/31. Since light pink was out of stock, I asked if we could sub red roses instead. They were able to replace the order with red roses. Package was sent out right away and it was received the very next day in perfect condition. This order also smelled nice while the original order did not. Excellent customer service! I also received a Classic White Box from a good friend for my birthday last month as well. She was trying to get me purple but those were out of stock so she went with light pink. These arrived in perfect condition! Also have these in the Basic Beige Suede box with Lavender Roses and those arrived in great condition but didn't smell good. Prices can vary because they do have multiple sales throughout the year. When I purchased, it was on sale plus free shipping. Total was $245.52. I believe they were on sale when my friend purchased my gift as well but I am not sure what the sale was going on at the time. These make great gifts! While it is disappointing if/when they arrive crushed, the customer service department was able to get the issue resolved quick and made the experience better! read more

I received these flowers as an anniversary gift which I was looking forward to. However, I was completely disappointed due to 1) the smell of cardboard box that the roses reeked even though on their website it is claimed to have floral scents for a few days upon arrival, 2) the color name online is "light pink" but comes as a bubble gum pink, and 3) the white box has a few scuff marks. I tried to call the company, which no one was available to speak with. I tried to email the company, which no one has responded back. The best I could do was contact through text message, which they offered a replacement same color and arrangement or to receive a partial refund that would be on a gift card for future purchase. I asked to speak to a manager or someone higher up, which never happened. I begged to receive a different color in hopes they would look a little more authentic. I caved into a replacement box in hopes of having a better outcome. Unfortunately, I just received the replacement flowers and they came 1) smelling worse than the previous ones, 2) the same fake bubble gum pink color and 3) with multiple dented roses. Please do yourself a favor and DONT purchase - regardless of whether they are on sale or not. For reference, my order was a Supreme White Box, which is retailed for $400. For this price, I expected better customer service and quality of the product. I want to assure that this review goes to all who want to patronize this establishment. I purchased a bouquet which has 200 roses. This arrangement is supposed to last 3 YEARS however after the second week the roses began to wither and die. I called the support and explained that I assured I treated the roses as instructed no watering no direct sunlight no heater next to them etc.. but the roses were all dying. I sent pictures and all that I got in response is they are willing to give e me $100 off towards my next order. I told them it's unacceptable for them to offer $100 on something that cost over $1100. It is actually 4.5 Stars experience for me. I ordered my Mom the yellow roses bouquet for Lunar New Year. PACKAGE: Was delivered in a very stable, sound box that was perfectly packaged and set nicely on our door steps. I was notified by a man stalking me that he sent me another arrangement from The Million Roses. I called The Million Roses begging them to cancel my order and they refused to do it. The lady told me to refuse the delivery and the credit card the man used would be credited. I followed her instructions. About a week later, the man created yet another email account and emailed "I hope you are enjoying the flowers." They obviously didn't credit his credit card and therefore he thinks I accepted the arrangement. I contacted The Million Roses again, explained what was going on, and I only got vague text messages and and emails back from them. Meh...I originally ordered the supreme white box, however I noticed the mirror silver after placing my order. The business was closed as this was during a Holiday but it didn't state this on the website. Customer Service Manager Pierre eventually got back with me after several text messages, phone calls, and emails. When I said the order hadn't been made though I learned these things are already premade and they just box them up which explains my supreme silver box. I asked if the hole was normal and never received an answer back from Pierre after several weeks. The roses do not smell like anything. I didn't pay $300 for these. I only paid $160 plus shipping and taxes. It appears the discounted price they are advertising may be for items that have been returned or damaged. I threw it on my dining room table but the hole and scratches on the box are very visible. The box also didn't come with anything covering the roses so the blue could be seen at the top of the box.
