Love this place! Great vibes, the staff is very kind and friendly and everything I've tried has been delicious! Ordered an "Organic" burrito bowl with Chicken and asked for brown rice. They said that if I ordered the bowl with brown rice it wouldn't come with the beans or peppers or anything because they make a pre-made mix of white rice and the other items. I opted for the white rice and basically paid $17 for white rice and black bean mush topped with lettuce tomatoes and onions. They wanted an extra $2.50 for sour cream. No thanks. Disorganized service however place has a really cute vibe. You can tell it is complete chaos behind the counter. I stood there waiting up front for 10 minutes while the 5 people behind the counter all hustled and bustled around avoiding eye contact with me. It wasn't until a small crowd started forming that a woman said frantically "everyone you can scan the QR code and order online it's much easier". I'm here in person, i should be able to walk up to the counter, be greeted and my order taken. I shouldn't have to place my order in a virtual queue. Finally someone looks at me and I politely ask if there was anyone that was taking orders. The girl replied "yes i know. i'm getting ready to take your order night now" and made me feel kinda bad for even asking for help? After ordering my order came out fairly quickly. Been here twice. Once for an oat milk latte and once for a salad. The oat milk latte wasn't very good. (I've since learned that with oat milk lattes, if they're not using Oatly milk it really isn't worth trying.) the second time I went in for a salad I asked for the Southwest salad. The person behind the counter immediately leaned over the counter to see if they had one premade sitting in the refrigerated section. Luckily there wasn't, bc I wanted a fresh salad. Not one that's been sitting for hours. Take my salad home only to open it and find that it's basically just lettuce. There were literally 6 black beans, two cucumber halves, a small sliver of avocado and very little else. I ended up having to add my own ingredients from my fridge to make it what I actually ordered. The lettuce was fresh so that was good at least. Super bummed bc I had really high hopes for an organic place in town. For a $10+ salad I expected more than a bowl of lettuce. Such a cute cafe with so many options. I ordered a matcha latte here which came out very fast. It was expensive which is a sign of high quality matcha so as long as you are willing to pay for it it is definitely worth it. I would definitely go back and try the vegan options. The new mindful cafe in Ramsey's Main Street is the gem of the town. From the beautiful outdoor seating to the lovely employees, it's a place you'd wanna spend your whole afternoon at. I ordered the chocolate almond açaí bowl and it tasted like nothing. Super icy/ watery, no flavor at all. My boyfriend ordered the breakfast burrito and it was extremely small and seemed like they just threw a pre made burrito in the microwave and then gave it to us. It wasn't a lot of food so he asked for an extra side of hash browns and they came out with the tiniest bit, also just microwaved/ quickly reheated. Just seemed really cheap, bad experience. I stopped in on this very hot day today while walking my dog, to get an iced cafe mocha--this is our third time there! And I forgot that they close at 4 o'clock, I arrived at ten to 4-- when I realized that they close at 4:00 I said to, (I think it was the owner? ) If you guys are getting ready to close no worries, we'll come back another time; I forgot you closed early, and she said "absolutely not, what would you like? we are open and I would be glad to serve you! !" I was so impressed by that - and then they let us sit outside (they have a really nicely furnished front patio) until we finished our coffee, and even bought my dog out a little bowl of water- that kind of service is rare in the middle of lunch or dinner, no less when they are getting ready to close! And the Café mocha is always fantastic here! This was, as I mentioned, my third time there, and I had just as nice pleasant and welcoming service the last two times as well. I can't speak to the food yet because I only had coffee and a croissant, but I am looking forward to trying it as the menu looks very enticing-- And with that kind of warm and friendly service, they've gained a loyal customer! Really enjoyed the pitaya bowls! The space is so welcoming and well decorated. The owner is very pleasant and nice. Definitely a nice space to meet up for coffees or lunch.
