About 15 minutes later, he returned with a refund receipt, saying it was the best he could do. I understand they were extremely busy, but this isn't the way to operate an establishment. You prepay for your food, seat yourself, and then servers wander around aimlessly checking table receipts with no real system or direction. They're clearly in need of table tracker devices or better organization. The bathrooms were clean. The only thing that kept this from being an even harsher review was Mathew, who was genuinely kind and tried to help. Without him, my experience would have been much worse.

We arrived to meet everyone at the first location and they took a picture for our group, they also gave the bride a little welcoming package, tiara, and a boa. Then round of shots and drink for the bride was awesome as well. We then got on the shuttle bus, which is much nicer than I expected (GREAT JOB VIP) and went to a show and two other bars. My friends had a blast, I definitely feel you get you monies worth! You never had to feel like there was a dull moment, if your with good company well the package is fun as well and full of surprises and drinks! The customer service was very helpful and the driver was courteous as well! You never had to feel like you were unprepared or stressed out. They did a great job of getting that done! :) I was very satisfied and would definitely book again with them for other event (girls night, they even have VIP bachelor - I heard). I was taking some classes at Harper Professional Center as part of a certification program and…read morereally enjoyed this building. It's far off from the main Harper campus which for me was a definite plus. That means parking right outside your classroom and you never have to worry about going up & down aisles to find parking. There is always parking at HPC! HPC has a nice computer lab you have full access to including printing, plus a resource in the lab if you need help with anything. Actually the HPC is full of resources there to help with anything an adult learner could need. It's actually a great facility completely geared to the post bachelor degree adult age learners which is nice. My personal opinion is when you're of that age you do well in classes you take because you truly are committed to the learning aspect in your courses as opposed to just getting by, & retaining information for tests. If you need to take some Harper courses and ever see them offered at HPC, I highly recommend opting to take them here. Great staff, location and minimal issues as opposed to the main campus.
