Highly recommend I found them through Yelp after submitting a request for a windshield replacement. Yelp sent the request out to several local companies, and these guys were one of the businesses that responded. They ended up having the best price of the quotes I received, but more importantly, they were responsive and easy to work with from the very beginning. They already had great reviews and were close to where I work, so everything lined up. My schedule changed and I wasn't able to get the windshield done when I originally planned. About a week later, I messaged them basically asking if they could take me on 20 minutes' notice. No problem. They told me to come over, and as soon as I arrived they pulled the truck in and started working. Before installing the windshield, they showed me the glass they had and compared it to what was already on my truck. They actually pointed out the manufacturer marking on my old windshield and explained the differences between the options, including some of the tint and markings around the glass. No upsell or pressure, just making sure I got what I wanted. They told me it would take about an hour, so I brought my laptop and figured I'd catch up on emails while I waited. I don't think it even took 30 minutes. I barely got through what I planned to do before they were finished. I had the windshield replaced in March and they did a wonderful job!! I took my car to the car wash and there was a leak on the top passenger side and brought it back to see if they can seal it. The car is old so there was some rust when they did it initially and may have to replace the entire window again if it breaks. They saved the window and taped it up. It had just slid down when they did window tape was taken off early. Honest and kind family business! Will recommend to everyone!!! read more

Frustrating and unprofessional experience. I called Glass Depot around 1:50 PM to ask if they could replace the windshield on my 2023 Toyota Tundra. The representative on the phone confirmed that they had it in stock and told me to come by the shop--they assured me it could be done before the end of the day. Based on that promise, I drove 25 minutes to their location. When I got there, they completely changed the story and told me they couldn't help me because it was too close to closing time and that I'd have to come back on Monday. I explained that someone from their own staff told me to come in and guaranteed same-day service--that's the only reason I made the drive. The person at the counter basically shrugged it off. No apology. No accountability. Totally unprofessional. If you can't honor what you tell customers over the phone, then don't make false promises. Still solid work. I was driving today near the freeway and a pesky truck kicked up a rock chipping my windshield. My OCD in me needed to immediately get it fixed. I remembered using this place a few years ago and headed down here to get my windshield chip repaired. Called in before heading in and they confirmed they still had time to fix it (roughly an hour before they close). Came in, greeted, and they went to work. Some 20 minutes later and voila. Windshield repaired good as almost new.
