Sad to update my review and lower my rating. I contacted Ryann on may 1 to schedule a color. Sent her the picture and she booked said she could definitely do the service in my home. Booked the appointment for 1pm may 14th. Today may 13th at 2:15pm she messaged me saying I'd need to do the service on the salon so she'd have the heating devices. She said she had just looked at my picture and decided that. This is less then 24 hours before the appointment. Had I have cancelled I'd have bend charged yet she's able to cancel no issue. I'm my option this is terrible customer service and very unprofessional. I am very disappointed and sadly cannot Recommend Ryann any longer. My five-year-old looks like he cut my hair I have a big hunk of hair taken out of the back of my head which cannot be fixed. I will have to wear a wig now till my hair grows out.
