New management the prices have doubled I used to pay $60 and today they said it'd be $120 for the same service that I got earlier last year. Don't come here as a curly girl anymore. What a wonderful experience! I don't live in LA but was there for a black tie wedding and did not want to pay $175 to get my hair done with the bride. This was near the hotel where we were staying and I'm not overly particular about my hair so I figured I'd give it a shot. Nicole did a blow out and flat iron on my natural kinky curly hair and did a wonderful job. I went in super nervous because I hadn't had my hair straightened in 6 years and I did not want any heat damage. Nicole completely understood and was so gentle with my hair. She knew that in order to detangle my hair properly you had to do it in small sections and she made sure the conditioner was distributed through all my hair. So happy to have this small woman-owned business a five-minute walk away! Liz and her team are fantastic. I found out yesterday at 10 am that I had to attend a gala in the evening - she got me in right away and I walked out with party-ready hair. It feels like a neighborhood spot, which I love, but the staff all have great experience, some even with celeb/entertainment styling. First visit a couple weeks ago was with my 18-year old niece for her first-ever blow-out. We had a great time. Liz is an expert with color as well. Not a need of mine (at least not yet) but if it were my thing I would definite give it a try. She told me she is especially good at the pastel shades so popular right now.
