The owner is so knowledgeable about perfume making and I truly enjoyed her lecture. She was fun to work with and really explained how perfumes really works. She broke down the base and notes of the perfume. Not only was it a fun journey through scent discovery, it was also very educational. The scents she offer smelled so divine and I would love to come back to make another item from them. The only thing I wished was that the bottles our perfume came in were more sturdy. I went into the store to exchange it, but because I didn't have my receipt, I was told they could only give me a $3 credit instead of doing an even exchange. The associate explained that they have to "return" the product before selling me the exact same fragrance again. Honestly, who keeps receipts for everyday items like hand soap--especially when purchases are made through the rewards program? Most stores can easily look up transactions using your phone number or rewards account. It's 2025, not 1990--time to update your system, Bath & Body Works. For what these products cost, the customer service should be more accommodating. An even exchange for the same product shouldn't be this difficult.
