I will always use the Moral Mechanic from now on! The business name truly describes this business. We took our 2006 Mercury Mariner to The Moral Mechanic for repairs. (Other mechanic shops had tried to fix what was wrong with my car. We had spent over $1000 dollars at other shops). James at the Moral Mechanic also had difficulty figuring out what was wrong with the car. I was referred to this busniss from a friend. I thought I found the perfect place for my auto repairs as I'm a Christian and they had many signs and christian quotes in thier shop. It's been very hard to find honest auto repair shops in Bullhead City Arizona. I took my car to them to have my brakes done. I felt confedent and happy to find a reputable mechanic. After they resurfaced front brake rotors, replaced pads and paying 238.00. I started hearing a noise in my front brakes. We took it back and the 'OWNER" checked it, and told us everything was fine and just step on the brakes harder that the pads needed to just marry each other. After some time the problem was still existing. We took my car somewhere else. I was informed that my rotors were scared by MORAL MECHANIC improperly resurfacing my Roters. After another 288.00 my brakes are now perfect! We decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and take our other vehicle to them for a simple gauge not working. I was reluctant but we did. After many days of having the vehicle and all the guessing games to what the problem was, They wanted to start putting new gauges in, replacing sensors and also mentioned something about the radiator, it turned out to be nothing more than a thermostat as it was diagnosed by another shop, and proper repairs made. At that time I decided to ask them about the faulty work done on my car and showed them my receipt for repairs that were made due to thier neglect to guarantee their work, and I was told basically too bad that I should have brought it back a third time and not gone somewhere else. We have had nothing but bad service there and we have given them several chances to make things right but time and money is lessons learned. Do not be "FOOLED" by their name as they are the furthest thing from moral. Do not under any conditions take your vehicles to this shop!!! read more

If you're looking for a garage that's honest and does a good job ( who isn't right ? ) then I believe the Moral Mechanic is the place. I have an older car, a 2001 Mazda Tribute, and it was starting to run rough when I started it in the morning. I had been told by my old garage 6 months earlier that it would need major repairs. I saw the Moral Mechanics ad and noticed like me that they're Christian and so I thought that if I had to pay major bucks for repairs I might as well give my business to a shop that's proud to profess their faith. So I took it to them and Jim Nickerson checked it out and told me what was wrong. It didn't need major repairs. He fixed the problem at a fraction of what it would have cost me at my old garage and it's running great. As an added bonus Jim didn't treat me like a dummy ( even though I am ) and was courteous and explained everything that he was going to be doing.
